Abstract
本发明涉及一种自密封双列圆锥滚子轴承,包括双滚道外圈、双滚道内圈、内隔圈、滚子、保持架及密封圈,所述的密封圈钢骨架上部延伸并嵌套固定在轴承外圈止口上,密封圈橡胶圈采用三唇结构并与双滚道内圈挡边过盈配合。具有密封性能高,使用寿命长,受力能力好,最大限度地降低轴承重量等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种自密封双列圆锥滚子轴承,属于轴承技术领域。
背景技术
在某飞机部件中,用于旋转轴固定端支承的是自密封双列圆锥滚子轴承。该轴承主要可承受轴向力、径向力及倾覆弯矩,且轴承需密封,为尽量控制轴承重量、保证轴承载荷,鉴于以往的自密封双列圆锥滚子轴承,密封所用空间大,未能满足所需工况的使用要求,急需设计一种防污能力强、使用寿命长、受力性能好、占用空间少的自密封双列圆锥滚子轴承。
发明内容
鉴于已有技术存在的缺点,本发明的目的是解决现有技术无法同时满足防污能力强、使用寿命长、减少密封件占用空间等问题。
本发明采取的技术方案:一种自密封双列圆锥滚子轴承,包括双滚道外圈、双滚道内圈、内隔圈、滚子、保持架及密封圈,所述的密封圈钢骨架上部延伸并嵌套固定在轴承外圈止口上,密封圈橡胶圈采用三唇结构并与双滚道内圈挡边过盈配合。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的自密封双列圆锥滚子轴承不仅实现自密封,而且密封性能高,使用寿命长,受力能力好,最大限度地降低轴承重量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明实施例:
用于飞机某部件的旋转轴固定端支承的自密封双列圆锥滚子轴承,包括双滚道外圈1、双滚道内圈2、内隔圈3、滚子4、保持架5及密封圈6;所述的密封圈6的钢骨架上部延伸并嵌套固定在轴承双滚道外圈1的止口上,密封圈6橡胶圈采用三唇结构并与双滚道内圈2挡边过盈配合,内外两唇的双层密封,有效防止油脂的流出和外部杂质的进入,提高密封性能;尖锐的唇形结构,降低了摩擦系数,减少对转速及寿命的影响;较窄的密封圈6橡胶圈节约了空间,降低了轴承重量。钢骨架与橡胶圈的合理结合,增强了密封圈6的强度和弹性,装配时可机压,并能有效压紧。

1.自密封双列圆锥滚子轴承,包括双滚道外圈(1)、双滚道内圈(2)、内隔圈(3)、滚子(4)、保持架(5)及密封圈(6),其特征在于:所述的密封圈(6)钢骨架上部延伸并嵌套固定在轴承外圈(1)止口上,密封圈(6)橡胶圈采用三唇结构并与双滚道内圈(2)挡边过盈配合。
