技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种轴承,特别是一种用于高载荷电梯曳引轮的专用轴承。
背景技术
目前用于电梯曳引轮的轴承一般为单列的圆柱滚子轴承,这种轴承负载能力较低,在高载荷的电梯曳引轮中使用时,存在这超负载失效的风险。同时,单列的圆柱滚子轴承只能承受径向负载,当出现轴向负载时,也容易引起轴承失效的风险。因此,现有用于电梯曳引轮的轴承存在着负载能力较弱和轴向负载承受能力弱的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于,提供一种高载荷电梯曳引轮专用轴承。本实用新型不仅具有高负载的优点,还能够承受轴向负载。
本实用新型的技术方案:高载荷电梯曳引轮专用轴承,包括外圈,外圈内侧的两边对称设置有两个内圈,每个内圈和外圈之间均设有一组圆锥滚子;两组圆锥滚子外侧的外圈和内圈上均设有小挡边,两组圆锥滚子内侧的外圈和内圈上均设有中挡边,两侧内圈上的中挡边之间设有宽为4~6mm的间隙;所述外圈和内圈上与圆锥滚子连接处分别设有外滚道和内滚道,外滚道和内滚道的两侧均设有油槽;外滚道上最靠近外圈外表面的油槽上连接有加油孔,加油孔上设置有密封塞。
前述的高载荷电梯曳引轮专用轴承中,所述外滚道的倾斜度为25~35o,内滚道的倾斜度为4~8o;圆锥滚子的底面中心距外圈和内圈的距离相等,圆锥滚子的顶面中心距外圈和内圈的距离相等。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型采用了双列圆锥滚子轴承,利用两列对称设置的圆锥滚子使本实用新型不仅能够承受轴向负载,还能够承受正、反两个方向的轴向负载。同时,本实用新型采用满滚子的结构,省去了保持架的设置,能够以更小的宽度来承受更大的负载。外滚道倾斜度25~35o和内滚道倾斜度4~8o的设计,可以在保证径向负载能力的情况下,最大限度的提高轴向负载能力。同时,宽为4~6mm的间隙的设置能够增大两列圆锥滚子之间的距离,使本实用新型能够承受一定的倾覆力矩。因此,本实用新型不仅具有高负载的优点和轴向负载的承受能力,还能够承受正、反两向轴向负载和一定的倾覆力矩。

实施例。高载荷电梯曳引轮专用轴承,构成如图1所示,包括外圈1,外圈1内侧的两边对称设置有两个内圈3,每个内圈3和外圈1之间均设有一组圆锥滚子2;两组圆锥滚子2外侧的外圈1和内圈3上均设有小挡边4,两组圆锥滚子2内侧的外圈1和内圈3上均设有中挡边5,两侧内圈3上的中挡边5之间设有宽为4~6mm的间隙6;所述外圈1和内圈3上与圆锥滚子2连接处分别设有外滚道7和内滚道8,外滚道7和内滚道8的两侧均设有油槽9;外滚道7上最靠近外圈1外表面的油槽9上连接有加油孔10,加油孔10上设置有密封塞11。
所述外滚道7的倾斜度为25~35o,内滚道8的倾斜度为4~8o;圆锥滚子2的底面中心距外圈1和内圈3的距离相等,圆锥滚子2的顶面中心距外圈1和内圈3的距离相等。
本实用新型利用两列对称设置的圆锥滚子2使本实用新型不仅能够承受轴向负载,还能够承受正、反两个方向的轴向负载。同时,本实用新型采用了满滚子的结构,省去了传统保持架的设置,能够以更小的宽度来承受更大的负载。小挡边4和中挡边5的设置能够使外圈1、圆锥滚子2和内圈3之间相互连接,防止外圈1、圆锥滚子2或内圈3因收轴向力或相对转动而分离。外滚道7倾斜度25~35o和内滚道8倾斜度4~8o的设计,可以在保证径向负载能力的情况下,最大限度的提高轴向负载能力。油槽9、加油孔10的设置可以保证圆锥滚子2和外圈1、内圈3之间的润滑效果,防止本实用新型因润滑不足而加剧磨损。加完润滑油后,在加油孔10上塞上密封塞11,进一步确保润滑。
同时,宽为4~6mm的间隙6的设置能够增大两列圆锥滚子之间的距离,使本实用新型能够承受一定的倾覆力矩,非常适用于高载荷的电梯曳引轮。

1.高载荷电梯曳引轮专用轴承,其特征在于:包括外圈(1),外圈(1)内侧的两边对称设置有两个内圈(3),每个内圈(3)和外圈(1)之间均设有一组圆锥滚子(2);两组圆锥滚子(2)外侧的外圈(1)和内圈(3)上均设有小挡边(4),两组圆锥滚子(2)内侧的外圈(1)和内圈(3)上均设有中挡边(5),两侧内圈(3)上的中挡边(5)之间设有宽为4~6mm的间隙(6);所述外圈(1)和内圈(3)上与圆锥滚子(2)连接处分别设有外滚道(7)和内滚道(8),外滚道(7)和内滚道(8)的两侧均设有油槽(9);外滚道(7)上最靠近外圈(1)外表面的油槽(9)上连接有加油孔(10),加油孔(10)上设置有密封塞(11)。
