本实用新型涉及一种轴承,尤其涉及一种高承载滚子轴承。 
背景技术
目前生产使用的轴承都是双面密封的深沟球轴承,由于滚动体和套圈之间是点接触,所以承载能为力小,经常被压碎、挤坏,而使用场合又不允许中途拆换。故需要改用承载能力大的圆柱滚子轴承,因带的保持架结构,由于操持架的存在,一方面减少了滚子的数量,在需要高承载力的时候,这种轴承无法满足生产承载力高的要求。另一方面,保持架存在无法装密封圈,而且专用过程中,中途加油润滑,也无法进补。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种承载能力高的高承载滚子轴承。 
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:高承载滚子轴承,包括:外圈、内圈和设置在外圈和内圈之间的若干圆柱滚子,所述的若干圆柱滚子通过挡圈设置在外圈和内圈之间,所述外圈的内侧两端上分别设置有上防尘盖和下防尘盖,所述的挡圈和内圈通过上防尘盖和下防尘盖设置在外圈 内侧。 
为了更好地解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的进一步技术方案是:在所述内圈中部设置有注油孔。 
本实用新型的优点是:上述高承载滚子轴承,克服现有轴承承载力低下的不足,装满滚子,取消了保持架,增加了滚子数,提高了轴承的承载能力,滚子采用加长的加强型滚子,增加滚子与内外卷滚道的接触面,从而提高轴承的承载能力,内外圈可分离,并可进行互换,便于安装和拆卸,滚子与内外圈滚道摩擦小,适合高速运转,内圈上带一注油孔,与之相配轴上的注油孔相接,随时可注油润滑,从而提高轴承的使用寿命。

下面结合附图和具体实施例详细描述一下本实用新型的具体内容。 
如图1所示,高承载滚子轴承,包括:外圈1、内圈2和设置在外圈1和内圈2之间的若干圆柱滚子3,所述的若干圆柱滚子3通过挡圈4设置在外圈1和内圈2之间,所述外圈1的内侧两端上分别设置有上防尘盖5和下防尘盖6, 所述的挡圈4和内圈2通过上防尘盖5和下防尘盖6设置在外圈1内侧。在所述内圈2中部设置有注油孔7。使用上述高承载滚子轴承装在旋转轴上,在旋转轴上设置有一个与注油孔7相互配合加油孔,润滑油从旋转轴上的加油孔进入注油孔7然后进入旋转的圆柱滚子3的表面对其进行润滑。 
上述高承载滚子轴承,克服现有轴承承载力低下的不足,装满滚子,取消了保持架,增加了滚子数,提高了轴承的承载能力,滚子采用加长的加强型滚子,增加滚子与内外卷滚道的接触面,从而提高轴承的承载能力,内外圈可分离,并可进行互换,便于安装和拆卸,滚子与内外圈滚道摩擦小,适合高速运转,内圈上带一注油孔,与之相配轴上的注油孔相接,随时可注油润滑,从而提高轴承的使用寿命。

1.高承载滚子轴承,其特征在于:包括:外圈(1)、内圈(2)和设置在外圈(1)和内圈(2)之间的若干圆柱滚子(3),所述的若干圆柱滚子(3)通过挡圈(4)设置在外圈(1)和内圈(2)之间,所述外圈(1)的内侧两端上分别设置有上防尘盖(5)和下防尘盖(6),所述的挡圈(4)和内圈(2)通过上防尘盖(5)和下防尘盖(6)设置在外圈(1)内侧。 
2.按照权利要求1所述的高承载滚子轴承,其特征在于:在所述内圈(2)中部设置有注油孔(7)。
