本实用新型涉及轴承领域,特别是涉及一种用于轧辊行走的轴承单元。
背景技术
目前,黑色和有色金属高精度带材的轧制广泛应用多辊轧机进行生产,但多辊轧机运转过程中支撑辊的轴承要产生轴向力,有时甚至很大,其背衬轴承和鞍座的轴向定位接触面的滑动面会造成整个轧机的动力消耗大,使支撑辊的背衬轴承发热快而过早损坏,直接影响轧机的作业率。

    本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种用于轧辊行走的轴承单元,包括轴承外圈、轴承内圈、滚动体,所述轴承外圈的形状为V形,所述轴承内圈的内表面的正中间设置有隔圈,所述隔圈与轴承外圈V形的底部处于同一水平线上,所述隔圈两边的轴承外圈与轴承内圈中间对称的设置有两组滚动体,所述轴承外圈和轴承内圈之间还设置有保持器,所述保持器穿过滚动体固定在轴承内圈上,所述轴承外圈和轴承内圈之间还设置有密封装置。
作为上述方案的进一步设置,所述轴承内圈上设置有凹块,所述凹块的底部与轴承外圈的V形边平行,所述滚动体通过凹块嵌接在轴承内圈上,所述凹块的底部两个角上还设置有注油孔。
作为上述方案的进一步设置,所述密封装置包括密封圈和密封盖,所述密封圈的一端嵌入轴承外圈,所述密封盖的底部为人字形结构。

如图1所示,一种用于轧辊行走的轴承单元,包括轴承外圈1、轴承内圈2、滚动体3,所述轴承外圈1的形状为V形,所述轴承内圈2的内表面的正中间设置有隔圈4,所述隔圈4与轴承外圈1V形的底部处于同一水平线上,所述隔圈4两边的轴承外圈1与轴承内圈2中间对称的设置有两组滚动体3,所述轴承外圈1和轴承内圈2之间还设置有保持器5,所述保持器5穿过滚动体3固定在轴承内圈2上,所述轴承外圈1和轴承内圈2之间还设置有密封装置6,所述轴承内圈2上设置有凹块7,所述凹块7的底部与轴承外圈1的V形边平行,所述滚动体3通过凹块7嵌接在轴承内圈2上,所述凹块7的底部两个角上还设置有注油孔8,所述密封装置6包括密封圈61和密封盖62,所述密封圈61的一端嵌入轴承外圈1,所述密封盖62的底部为人字形结构。
本实用新型轴承外圈1的形状为V形,可以使轴承与机器组成一体,降低了机器的成本,减轻了工作强度;通过对称设置的两组滚动体3,增强了轴承的强度;轴承外圈1和轴承内圈2之间还设置有密封装置6,能有效地阻止冷却液及污物进入轴承内部,有效地阻止轴承内部的油泄漏;凹块7的底部两个角上设置的注油孔8,可以增大轴承的润滑程度。

1.一种用于轧辊行走的轴承单元,包括轴承外圈(1)、轴承内圈(2)、滚动体(3),其特征在于:所述轴承外圈(1)的形状为V形,所述轴承内圈(2)的内表面的正中间设置有隔圈(4),所述隔圈(4)与轴承外圈(1)V形的底部处于同一水平线上,所述隔圈(4)两边的轴承外圈(1)与轴承内圈(2)中间对称的设置有两组滚动体(3),所述轴承外圈(1)和轴承内圈(2)之间还设置有保持器(5),所述保持器(5)穿过滚动体(3)固定在轴承内圈(2)上,所述轴承外圈(1)和轴承内圈(2)之间还设置有密封装置(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于轧辊行走的轴承单元,其特征在于:所述轴承内圈(2)上设置有凹块(7),所述凹块(7)的底部与轴承外圈(1)的V形边平行,所述滚动体(3)通过凹块(7)嵌接在轴承内圈(2)上,所述凹块(7)的底部两个角上还设置有注油孔(8)。
