技术领域
本发明涉及一种轴承,具体涉及一种生物质颗粒机轴承。
背景技术
近年来为提高能源利用率,市场上逐步研发完善了利用松散的秸秆、树枝和木屑等农林废弃物挤压成固定形状的新型燃料,该燃料可代替煤炭,具有较高的燃烧热量,且对环境的污染远低于煤炭。该颗粒机设备是利用垂直放置的两偏心滚轮与环模之间的碾压来制粒,偏心滚轮的支撑轴承为竖直放置的双列滚动轴承。轴承工作环境易产生高温、水汽,造成油脂粘度下降,油脂易从轴承上端流到轴承下端,导致轴承上端因油脂不足造成轴承的早期失效。普通轴承需要连续补脂且寿命约为一个月,不仅消耗大量的油脂,而且频繁更换轴承影响效率、增加轴承成本。
发明内容
本发明是为解决现有颗粒机用轴承使用寿命短,频繁更换轴承影响使用效率,增加了轴承成本的问题,进而提供一种生物质颗粒机轴承。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案是:
生物质颗粒机轴承包括外圈、隔圈、滚子、保持架、密封圈和两个内圈;两个内圈间隔并排设置;
外圈和两个内圈之间设置有保持架,保持架上布置有滚子,两个内圈中部安装有隔圈,外圈与内圈之间安装有密封圈。
进一步地,生物质颗粒机轴承为双列圆锥滚子轴承。
进一步地,外圈和密封圈通过钢骨架及外圈牙口配合挤压在一起。
本发明与现有技术相比的有益效果是:
一、两个内圈之间设有隔圈,第一为调整轴承轴向游隙,第二为与外圈内径产生非接触式密封功能,使轴承在立轴工作时,延缓油脂变稀后流入轴承下端型腔内,保证轴承上端长期润滑,延长轴承寿命,由1个月左右增加到3个月的使用寿命;
二、减少轴承使用维护成本,由每月100公斤的润滑脂减少到不用再加注。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案作进一步地说明:
参见图1说明,1、生物质颗粒机轴承,其特征在于:它包括外圈1、隔圈3、滚子4、保持架5、密封圈6和两个内圈2;两个内圈2间隔并排设置;
外圈1和两个内圈2之间设置有保持架5,保持架5上布置有滚子4,两个内圈2中部安装有隔圈3,外圈1与内圈2之间安装有密封圈6。
本轴承安装在立轴上,结构采用双列圆锥滚子形式,对滚子、套圈滚道采用对数双曲线修形设计,选用合适的凸度值,使应力趋于平稳,避免应力集中,降低了最大接触应力。设计中采用新结构隔圈。在两侧增加轻接触的密封圈,避免了水、粉尘等异物进入轴承造成轴承早期损坏的问题。同时,通过以上的几项设计来达到延长轴承的使用寿命的目的。外圈1、内圈2和滚子4起到传递载荷的作用。隔圈3主要是调整轴箱游隙,同时将轴承内部空间分割为独立的两部分,轴承上、下两端成为独立的润滑系统。
为了进一步保证轴承的可靠运行,也起到良好的密封作用,隔圈3外周侧面具有凸缘3-1,凸缘3-1外径与外圈1内径之差为0.35-0.55mm。控制隔圈凸缘外径与外圈的间隙量措施,使中隔圈起到密封作用,避免油脂流淌到轴承一侧,使轴承两侧都能具备充足的润滑。优选地,凸缘3-1外径与外圈1内径之差为0.4mm。凸缘3-1外径与外圈1内径之差是指凸缘3-1外周侧面与外圈1内周侧面之间的间隔距离。
进一步地,所述生物质颗粒机轴承为双列圆锥滚子轴承。自润滑密封双列圆锥滚子轴承,代替外挂式连续补充润滑脂系统+双联圆锥滚子配对轴承。改进后对滚子、套圈滚道采用对数双曲线修形设计,选用合适的凸度值,使应力趋于平稳,避免应力集中,降低了最大接触应力。
为了更好地对轴承起密封作用;外圈1和密封圈6通过钢骨架及外圈牙口配合挤压在一起。
本发明已以较佳实施案例揭示如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员,在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施案例所做的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属本发明技术方案范围。

1.生物质颗粒机轴承,其特征在于:它包括外圈(1)、隔圈(3)、滚子(4)、保持架(5)、密封圈(6)和两个内圈(2);两个内圈(2)间隔并排设置;
外圈(1)和两个内圈(2)之间设置有保持架(5),保持架(5)上布置有滚子(4),两个内圈(2)中部安装有隔圈(3),外圈(1)与内圈(2)之间安装有密封圈(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述生物质颗粒机轴承,其特征在于:隔圈(3)外周侧面具有凸缘(3-1),凸缘(3-1)外径与外圈(1)内径之差为0.35-0.55mm。
3.根据权利要求2所述生物质颗粒机轴承,其特征在于:凸缘(3-1)外径与外圈(1)内径之差为0.4mm。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述生物质颗粒机轴承,其特征在于:所述生物质颗粒机轴承为双列圆锥滚子轴承。
5.根据权利要求4所述生物质颗粒机轴承,其特征在于:外圈(1)和密封圈(6)通过钢骨架及外圈牙口配合挤压在一起。
