技术领域
本实用新型涉及轴承技术领域,尤其涉及一种在现有标称型号为351320的双列圆锥滚子轴承技术基础上进一步优化设计的承载能力大的大锥角双列圆锥滚子轴承。
背景技术
现有技术中通用标称型号为351320的双列圆锥滚子轴承,其结构如图1所示,它由一个外圈1、两个内圈2、两列圆锥滚子3、两个保持架4和一个内隔圈5组成,主要应用在重型机械上。
351320大锥角双列圆锥滚子轴承,其外形尺寸由国家标准规定,其内组件(内圈、滚子和保持架的组合件)的结构参数由国家轴承研究单位制定,外圈和内隔圈由轴承制造企业设计。轴承的承载能力是轴承的重要性能指标,关系到轴承的寿命和可靠性。轴承内部结构参数之间有着严密的几何约束关系,现有标称型号为351320的大锥角双列圆锥滚子轴承中与承载能力密切相关的内部结构参数主要有:
滚子大头直径=31.299mm;
滚子母线投影长度=35.00mm;
滚子平均直径=28.647mm;
滚子有效长度=32.89mm;
内圈滚道最大直径=142.653mm;
内圈滚道在内圈轴线上的投影长度=33.5mm;
内圈大挡边根部宽度=10.00mm;
保持架宽度=45.3mm;
保持架小端内径=148.7mm;
保持架窗孔长度=36.2mm。
采用这样技术的351320轴承当然可以正常使用,但承载能力比较低(额定动载荷为670KN,额定静载荷为976KN),不能满足某些重型机械生产厂家的技术要求,重型机械生产厂家期望该型轴承的承载能力在原有基础上能再提高8%。发明一种具有承载能力大的优化设计的351320大锥角双列圆锥滚子轴承成为迫切需求。
实用新型内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种基本结构和外形尺寸与现有技术的351320轴承一致,承载能力提高8%以上的大锥角双列圆锥滚子轴承。
本实用新型为达到上述技术目的所采用的技术方案是:一种承载能力大的大锥角双列圆锥滚子轴承,包括一个外圈、两个内圈、两列圆锥滚子、两个保持架和一个内隔圈;其特征在于:轴承的内部结构参数为:
滚子大头直径=31.888mm;
滚子母线投影长度=38.16mm;
滚子平均直径=28.996mm;
滚子有效长度=36.06mm;
内圈滚道最大直径=145.340mm;
内圈滚道在内圈轴线上的投影长度=36.5mm;
内圈大挡边根部宽度=9.76mm;
保持架宽度=48.2mm;
保持架小端内径=149.3mm;
保持架窗孔长度=39.4mm。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于轴承内部结构参数的优化改进,该轴承的额定动载荷=729KN,额定静载荷=1083KN,比现有技术轴承的额定动载荷提高8.8%,额定静载荷提高11.0%。

由于轴承的内部结构参数的优化改进,根据轴承行业常规通用的优化设计方法就可算出,完全满足圆锥滚子轴承优化设计的各项约束条件和各项验算要求。同样用通用的计算方法就可算出,该轴承的额定动载荷=729KN,额定静载荷=1083KN,比现有技术轴承的额定动载荷提高8.8%,比现有技术轴承的额定静载荷提高11.0%。由于并没有改变其外形尺寸,因此,完全可以用本实用新型更高性能的轴承替代型号为351320的现有技术产品。
