本发明公开一种双列异滚圆锥滚子轴承,设有外圈(1)及双内圈,在外圈(1)与双内圈之间设置两列保持架(7、8),在两列保持架(7、8)内分别设置圆锥滚子(5、6),其特征在于:双内圈的第一内圈(3)较第二内圈(4)宽20~50mm,并且第一内圈(3)与外圈(1)所成的锥角较第二内圈(4)与外圈(1)所成的锥角大3~6度。本发明由于两列内圈宽度也不同,且一个外圈,这样加工过程更加方便,两个内圈所承受的负荷和作用不一样,其中锥角较大的一列用以承受主要轴向负荷,锥角较小的一列用以承受径向负荷且对整套轴承还起着轻微调心扶正作用。因而该轴承负荷的承载的能力有很大提高,其使用寿命也相应得到提高。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种圆锥滚子轴承,尤其是一种双列异滚圆锥滚子轴承。
背景技术:
我国石油钻采设备,特别是陆地石油钻采机械经过多年发展已具一定水平,开发了电驱动钻机、丛式井钻机、沙漠钻机、斜井钻机、水平井钻机和顶部驱动钻机等产品,基本满足了高压喷射钻机等各种钻机工艺需要,钻机的制造质量也到达九十年代初国际水平,石油钻头达到国际水平。这就要求与之相配套的轴承设计、制造水平与国际水平相适应。由于石油钻机平台用轴承的工况比较恶劣,因而钻机轴承不仅要求高负荷、高转速、而且要求高可行性和长寿命。目前,我国石油钻机平台上使用的圆锥滚子轴承为双排球或四点接触球结构,由于这种轴承的承载能力低,因而在使用中对其使用性能和使用寿命均有一定的影响。
发明内容:
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种设计合理、结构简单、性能可靠、高转速、高承载负荷、高使用寿命的双列异滚圆锥滚子轴承。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种双列异滚圆锥滚子轴承,设有外圈及双内圈,在外圈与双内圈之间设置两列保持架,在两列保持架内分别设置圆锥滚子,其特征在于:双内圈的第一内圈较第二内圈宽20~50mm,并且第一内圈与外圈所成的锥角较第二内圈与外圈所成的锥角大3~6度。
所述的保持架为长方锥形兜孔结构。
在第一内圈与第二内圈间设置内隔圈。
本发明由于两列内圈宽度也不同,且一个外圈,这样加工过程更加方便,两个内圈所承受的负荷和作用不一样,其中锥角较大的一列用以承受主要轴向负荷,锥角较小的一列用以承受径向负荷且对整套轴承还起着轻微调心扶正作用。因而该轴承负荷的承载的能力有很大提高,其使用寿命也相应得到提高。且保持架上滚子兜孔为整体长方锥形孔,装配时直接冲压就可以将滚子和内圈固定在一起,这样就保证了滚子装配后不会从保持架内掉出,保证了使用可靠性,满足了石油钻机平台用轴承高速、重载、高精度、高使用寿命的要求。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图进一步说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1~4所示,一种双列异滚圆锥滚子轴承,设有外圈1及双内圈,在外圈1与双内圈之间设置两列保持架7、8,在两列保持架7、8内分别设置圆锥滚子5、6,双内圈的第一内圈3较第二内圈4宽20~50mm,并且第一内圈3与外圈1所成的锥角较第二内圈4与外圈1所成的锥角大3~6度。保持架7、8为长方锥形兜孔结构。在第一内圈3与第二内圈4间设置内隔圈9。
该两列内圈的宽度均不同,其中锥角较大的一列用以承受主要轴向负荷,锥角较小的一列承受径向负荷并对整套轴承起着轻微调心扶正的作用。由于该轴承主要承受的轴向负荷,因此在设计的每列内圈与外圈均设有锥角,其中内径大的一列内圈的锥角大于内径小的内圈的锥角。由于两列内圈3、4的宽度不同,因而与其配合使用的保持架7、8其也不一样。为满足轴承高转速高使用寿命的要求,保持架必须有较高的耐磨性,为此,保持架结构设计的合理性及工艺可靠性是设计的一个关键点。本实施例保持架选用冲压钢板材材料制作,这种材料有较高的耐磨性,因而能满足轴承高转速的要求。从而有效解决了现有保持架在高速运转情况下,材料的耐磨性能差、容易掉铜渣的缺陷。
由于保持架7、8的滚子兜孔设计为整体长方锥形孔,为保证装配后的滚子不从保持架内掉出,且回转灵活。在装配时直接将滚子和保持架冲压就可以这样就保证在以后使用过程中不会掉滚子,然后用内隔圈9调整好游隙,即可直接装机。

Claims (3)

1.一种双列异滚圆锥滚子轴承,设有外圈(1)及双内圈,在外圈(1)与双内圈之间设置两列保持架(7、8),在两列保持架(7、8)内分别设置圆锥滚子(5、6),其特征在于:双内圈的第一内圈(3)较第二内圈(4)宽20~50mm,并且第一内圈(3)与外圈(1)所成的锥角较第二内圈(4)与外圈(1)所成的锥角大3~6度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双列异滚圆锥滚子轴承,其特征在于:保持架(7、8)为长方锥形兜孔结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双列异滚圆锥滚子轴承,其特征在于:在第一内圈(3)与第二内圈(4)间设置内隔圈(9)。
