背景技术
在汽车、轧机、矿山、冶金、塑料机械等行业,会要求有配套的轴承设计,经常会用到圆锥滚子轴承,主要承受以径向为主的径、轴向联合载荷,轴承承载能力取决于外圈的滚道角度,角度越大承载能力越大。绝大部分采用单列圆锥滚子轴承,无法应对高负荷高转速的要求,由于承载能力较低,在使用性能和使用寿命上具有一定影响,另外,游隙需用户在安装时调整,比较麻烦。另外,由于润滑效果差,长期高速旋转容易造成轴承断裂,使用寿命短。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:为克服上述存在的问题,提供一种润滑性好的双列圆锥滚子轴承。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种润滑型双列圆锥滚子轴承,包括轴承外圈,轴承内圈,圆锥滚子以及保持架,所述的圆锥滚子的列数为两列,所述的轴承外圈开设有注油孔。
进一步地,所述的轴承外圈是一个整体,两个轴承内圈小端面相近且中间设置有隔圈。
更进一步地,所述的圆锥滚子与保持架的内圈组成的圆锥内圈组件为可分离结构。
本实用新型的有益效果是,本实用新型的润滑型双列圆锥滚子轴承可用于车的前轮轮毂中,承载能力较强,负荷能力大,润滑效果好,圆锥滚子与套圈挡边摩擦小,适于高速旋转。
