本实用新型涉及一种汽车用轮毂轴承,特别涉及一种带3列角接触球轴承的轮毂单元。
背景技术
轮毂轴承的主要作用是承重和为轮毂的转动提供精确引导,它既承受载重又兼有负责引导转向的功能,因此无论是在轴向还是在径向上都有很大的负荷。传统的双列角接触球轴承能承受较大的径向负荷,主要为径向和轴向联合负荷和力矩负荷,用于限制轴和外壳的双向轴向位移。根据以往的轴承试验结果发现,靠近芯轴的沟道将会承载更大的载荷,易损坏,且所能承受的轴向载荷较小。传统的双列圆锥滚子轴承,可以承受较大的径向载荷和轴向载荷,但滚子与挡边的摩擦较大,耗能大,能源利用率低。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种带3列角接触球轴承的轮毂单元,不仅承载能力强,且油耗省,使用寿命长。
本实用新型解决问题采用的技术方案是:一种带3列角接触球轴承的轮毂单元,包括外圈、内圈、芯轴、钢球、保持架,所述内圈上设有一个沟道,所述芯轴上设有两个沟道,所述外圈上分别设有与内圈上及芯轴上所设沟道相对应的三个沟道,所述每对沟道内设置钢球。
本实用新型在现有带2列角接触球轴承轮毂单元基础上,通过无滑移纯滚碾芯轴的端面,压住内圈,使整个轮毂有一定的预紧力;并在靠近芯轴一端增加一列钢球,使其无论在径向还是轴向上都具有更大的承载力,延长轮毂单元的使用寿命。本实用新型适用车重、车载更大的轿车、轻卡、小型载货车、面包车等车型。
本实用新型的有益效果是:一边采用2个沟道,等同于圆锥滚子轴承,采用球的点接触代替了圆锥与滚道的线接触,使摩擦减少25%,即意味着轴承运转时的温度更低,提高了轴承润滑脂的使用寿命,与圆锥滚子相比,车子在转弯时的刚性也更好;再增加1列钢球的设计使得汽车在承载力上大大提升,并能有效的节省油耗,结构上更为合理和紧凑,使用寿命更长。

具体实施方式
结合图1、图2所示,一种带3列角接触球轴承的轮毂单元,包括外圈1、内圈2、芯轴3、钢球6、保持架7,在内圈2上设有一个沟道,芯轴3上设有两个沟道,外圈1上分别设有与内圈2上及芯轴3上所设沟道相对应的三个沟道,在三对沟道内都设有钢球6,钢球6由保持架7固定;密封装置4和密封件9使整个工作部位形成了一个密封系统,防止轮毂轴承进水,且不受灰尘影响,防止油脂外流。
本实用新型为悬架上的传动部件,外圈1通过螺栓5固定在悬架上,芯轴3通过花键与球笼连接到传动轴上,形成传动扭矩的的结构。
