제1도는 본 발명의 슬라이딩 베어링을 제조하는 실험장치를 나타낸 개략도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 슬라이딩 베어링 합금층과 그 표면층 사이의 결합이 우수한 슬라이딩 베어링을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 슬라이딩 베어링 합금층을 가진 슬라이딩 베어링 재질을 준비하는 단계와, 아르곤 가스를 통하여 이온주입에 의해 상기 슬라이딩 베어링 합금층에 존재하는 산화막과 변화된 표면층의 최소한 일부를 진공하에서 제거하는 단계와, 다음에 상기 슬라이딩 베어링 합금층을 활성화 상태로 가열하는 단계와, 물리적 증착법으로 상기 슬라이딩 베어링 합금층상에 3 내지 60미크론의 두께를 가진 표면층 합금의 박막을 형성하는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬라이딩 베어링 합금층과 표면층 사이에 Ni합금과 Cu합금으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 합금 재질의 분산 방지층이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
