Claims (10)

  1. 적어도 약 40체적%의 적어도 하나의 충전물질과 적어도 하나의 기질금속을 포함하는 금속기질 복합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방탄재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 기질금속은 구리, 티타늄, 철, 주철, 알루미늄, 니켈 및 강으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방탄재.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 기질금속은 알루미늄, 구리, 청동 및 주철로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방탄재.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 충전물질은 알루미나, 마그네시아, 지르코니아, 실리콘 카바이드, 알루미늄 도데카보라이드, 티타늄 디보라이드, 티타늄 카바이드 및 알루미늄 나이트라이드로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방탄재.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 충전물질은 알루미나 및 실리콘 카바이드로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방탄재.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 기질금속은 알루미늄을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방탄재.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 충전물질의 양이 적어도 약68체적%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방탄재.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 충전물질의 양이 적어도 약75체적%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방탄재.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 충전물질이 마그네시아, 지르코니아, 실리콘 카바이드, 알루미늄 도데카바이드, 티타늄 디보다이드 및 알루미늄 나이트라이드로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 물질이고, 상기 적어도 하나의 기질금속이 알루미늄을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방탄재.
  10. 마그네시아, 지르코니아, 실리콘 카바이드, 알루미늄 도데카보라이드, 티타튬 디보라이드 및 알루미늄 나이트 라이드로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 약 40체적%의 적어도 하나의 충전물질가, 알루미늄을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 기질금속을 포함하는 금속기질 복합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방탄재.
