Claims (7)

  1. 알루미늄을 주성분으로 하고, 비커스 경도로 200이상을 가지는 금속질화물, 금속 탄화물, 금속 인화물 및 금속 봉화물로 되는 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 금속 화합물을 총계로 0.5~30중량% 함유하고, 그 금속화합물이 A1중에 미세 균일하게 분산된 조직을 가지는 분말, 압축하여 제조된 단체 습동 재료.
  2. 제1항의 단체 흡동 재료에 추가로 저융점금속 윤활제를 총계로 0.1~20중량% 첨가되는 단체 습동 재료.
  3. 제1항의 단체 습동 재료에 추가로 고체 윤활제를 총계로 0.1~20중량% 첨가되는 단체 습동 재료.
  4. 제1항의 단체 습동 재료에 추가로 저융점 금속 윤활제를 총계로, 0.1~20 중량%을 첨가하고, 다시 고체 윤활제를 총계로 0.1~20중량% 첨가되는 단체 습동 재료.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에 추가로 Al강도 상승제를 총계로 0.1~20중량% 첨가되는 단체 습동 재료.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항의 어느 하나의 습동 재료가 강이금과 결합되어 있는 복합 습동 재료.
  7. 제1항 내지 제5항의 어느 하나의 습동 재료가 강이금과의 사이에 접착층이 설치되어 있는 복합 습동 재료.
