Claims (7)
- 알루미늄을 주성분으로 하고, 비커스 경도로 200이상을 가지는 금속질화물, 금속 탄화물, 금속 인화물 및 금속 봉화물로 되는 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 금속 화합물을 총계로 0.5~30중량% 함유하고, 그 금속화합물이 A1중에 미세 균일하게 분산된 조직을 가지는 분말, 압축하여 제조된 단체 습동 재료.
- 제1항의 단체 흡동 재료에 추가로 저융점금속 윤활제를 총계로 0.1~20중량% 첨가되는 단체 습동 재료.
- 제1항의 단체 습동 재료에 추가로 고체 윤활제를 총계로 0.1~20중량% 첨가되는 단체 습동 재료.
- 제1항의 단체 습동 재료에 추가로 저융점 금속 윤활제를 총계로, 0.1~20 중량%을 첨가하고, 다시 고체 윤활제를 총계로 0.1~20중량% 첨가되는 단체 습동 재료.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에 추가로 Al강도 상승제를 총계로 0.1~20중량% 첨가되는 단체 습동 재료.
- 제1항 내지 제5항의 어느 하나의 습동 재료가 강이금과 결합되어 있는 복합 습동 재료.
