제 1 도는 변속기용 동기링을 도시하는 사시도 이다.

Claims (8)

  1. C 0.1∼0.9%를 함유하고 다시 Mn, Cr 및 Mo중의 1종 또는 2종 이상 0∼6% Ni 및 Cu중의 1종 또는 2종 0∼6% B 0∼0.5%중의 적어도 1종을 함유하고, 나머지 Fe와 불가피 불순물(단, 불가피 불순물로서의 Si, S 및 P는 합계량으로 0.5% 이하)로 되는 조성 (이상중량%) 및 0.05∼5용량%의 공극율을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 고강도와 우수한 내마모성과 상대 부재와의 친밀성을 가지는 Fe계 소결 합금제 변속기용 동기링.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, Mn, Cr 및 Mo 중의 1종 또는 2종 이상의 함유량이 0.1∼6%인 변속기용 동기링.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, Ni 및 Cu 중의 1종 또는 2종 이상의 함유량이 0.1∼6%인 변속기용 동기링.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, B의 함유량이 0.02∼0.5%인 변속기용 동기링.
  5. C 0.1∼0.9%를 함유하고 다시 Mn, Cr 및 Mo중의 1종 또는 2종 이상 0∼6% Ni 및 Cu중의 1종 또는 2종 0∼6% B 0∼0.5%중의 적어도 1종을 함유하고, 나머지 Fe와 불가피 불순물로 되고 조성(이상 중량%) 및 0.05∼5용량%의 공극율을 가지는 Fe계 소결합금 본체의 적어도 데이퍼콘 마찰면에 평균층 두께 3∼80μm의 경질 Ni-P 화합물층 혹은 평균층 두께 3~200μm의 질화층의 어느것인가를 형성하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 고강도와, 우수한 내마모성과 상대부재와의 친밀성을 가지는 Fe계 소결 합금제 변속기용 동기링.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, Mn, Cr 및 Mo 중의 1종 또는 2종 이상의 함유량이 0.1∼6%인 변속기용 동기링.
  7. 제 5 항에 있어서, Ni 및 Cu 중의 1종 또는 2종 이상의 함유량이 0.1∼6%인 변속기용 동기링.
  8. 제 5 항에 있어서, B의 함유량이 0.02∼0.5%인 변속기용 동기링.
