Abstract

알루미늄 함금의 모재(母材) 위에 형성하기에 적합한 무전해 도금피막으로서 충격강도가 높고 [강인성(强靭性)임], 높온 경도를 가지며, 접동(摺動)특성과 같은 윤활특성이 우수하고, 더욱이 고속으로 형성할 수 있는 도금피막 및 그것을 사용한 기계부품의 제공.
인을 0.5-3.0중량%, 붕소를 0.05-2.0중량% 함유하는 니켈 무전해 도금피막. 인을 0.5-3.0중략%, 붕소를 0.05∼2.0중량% 함유하는 니켈 무전해 도금피막을 열처리한 피막. 접동부분을 가진 기계부품으로서 적어도 상기 접동 부분을 상기 피막으로 피복한 기계부품.

제도는 본 발명의 도금피막(열처리 전)의 X선 회절 패턴.
제2도는 본 발명의 도금피막(열처리 150℃)의 X선 회절 패턴.

Claims (5)

  1. 인을 0.5-3.0중량%, 붕소를 0.05-2.0중량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈 무전해 도금피막.
  2. 인을 0.5-3.0중량%, 붕소를 0.05∼2.0중량% 함유하는 니켈 무전해 도금피막을 열처리한 것을 특징으로 하는 피막.
  3. 접동부분을 가진 기계부품으로서 적어도 상기 접동부분을 재1항 또는 제2항 기재의 피막으로 피복한 기계부품.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 접동부분을 가진 기계부품이 콤프레서 또는 연료분사 펌프의 접동부품인 기계부품.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 접동부분을 가진 기계부품이 알루미늄 합금제인 기계부품.
