Abstract
알루미늄 함금의 모재(母材) 위에 형성하기에 적합한 무전해 도금피막으로서 충격강도가 높고 [강인성(强靭性)임], 높온 경도를 가지며, 접동(摺動)특성과 같은 윤활특성이 우수하고, 더욱이 고속으로 형성할 수 있는 도금피막 및 그것을 사용한 기계부품의 제공.
인을 0.5-3.0중량%, 붕소를 0.05-2.0중량% 함유하는 니켈 무전해 도금피막. 인을 0.5-3.0중략%, 붕소를 0.05∼2.0중량% 함유하는 니켈 무전해 도금피막을 열처리한 피막. 접동부분을 가진 기계부품으로서 적어도 상기 접동 부분을 상기 피막으로 피복한 기계부품.

Claims (5)
- 인을 0.5-3.0중량%, 붕소를 0.05-2.0중량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈 무전해 도금피막.
- 인을 0.5-3.0중량%, 붕소를 0.05∼2.0중량% 함유하는 니켈 무전해 도금피막을 열처리한 것을 특징으로 하는 피막.
- 접동부분을 가진 기계부품으로서 적어도 상기 접동부분을 재1항 또는 제2항 기재의 피막으로 피복한 기계부품.
- 제3항에 있어서, 접동부분을 가진 기계부품이 콤프레서 또는 연료분사 펌프의 접동부품인 기계부품.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 접동부분을 가진 기계부품이 알루미늄 합금제인 기계부품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
