Abstract

PURPOSE: To enhance the adhesivity between a deposited layer and a substrate layer without deteriorating strength or the like by a method wherein a plastic film vacuum deposited to a plastic film layer of a substrate material is appropriately subjected to heat treatment at a temperature of above secondary transition point of a plastic film of a substrate material.
CONSTITUTION: To a plastic film or sheet layer of a substrate material, a vacuum depositing material such as Al, Ni, Cr or the like is vacuum deposited and thereafter the vacuum deposited plastic film or sheet is heat treated at a temperature of above secondary transition point of a substrate plastic film or sheet for an appropriate time to obtain a title film or sheet. Moreover, the secondary transition point means a temperature which initiates a micro molecular motion of a plastic by heat and the appropriate time means a time before the molecular motion of a plastic is initiated.
