제3도는 인산 첨가량에 의한 DTA 피크의 온도 변화의 특성도.
Claims (3)
- 유기 재료가 탄소화되어 있으며, 인올 0.2 내지 5.0중량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소질 재료.
- 유기 재료 또는 탄소질 재료에 대하여 인 환산으로 0.2 내지 15중량%의 인 화합물을 첨가하고, 탄소화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소질 재료의 제조방법.
- 유기 재료가 탄소화되어 인을 0.2 내지 5.0중량% 함유해서 이루어지는 탄소질 재료를 부극으로 하고 리튬을 포함한 정극과 비수전해액을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해액 전지.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
