탄소질 재료와 그 제조 방법 및 이것을 사용한 비수전해액 전지

제1도는 인산의 첨가량과 얻어지는 단소질 재료에 있어서의 연속 충, 방전 가능 전기량의 관계를 도시하는 특성도,
제2도는 폴리풀프릴알콜수지 소성체에 있어서의 인산 첨가량과 인 잔존율의 관계를 도시하는 특성도,
제3도는 인산 첨가량에 의한 DTA 피크의 온도 변화의 특성도.

Claims (3)

  1. 유기 재료가 탄소화되어 있으며, 인올 0.2 내지 5.0중량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소질 재료.
  2. 유기 재료 또는 탄소질 재료에 대하여 인 환산으로 0.2 내지 15중량%의 인 화합물을 첨가하고, 탄소화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소질 재료의 제조방법.
  3. 유기 재료가 탄소화되어 인을 0.2 내지 5.0중량% 함유해서 이루어지는 탄소질 재료를 부극으로 하고 리튬을 포함한 정극과 비수전해액을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해액 전지.
