Claims (4)
- 중탄산 나트륨, 구연산 칼슘 및 젖산 칼슘의 혼합물을 유효 성분으로 하는 냉동 분쇄 어육 첨가용 품질 개량제.
- 분쇄 어육에 대하여 0.01∼3중량% 범위의 양으로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 청구항 1기재의 냉동 분쇄 어육 첨가용 품질 개량제.
- 당 및/또는 당알코올 100중량부, 중탄산 나트륨 0.1∼60중량부, 구연산 칼슘, 입경 16∼175메쉬 이하의 분말상 또는 과립상임을 특징으로 하는 청구항 1기재의 냉동 분쇄 어육 첨가용 품질 개량제.
- 분쇄어육에 대하여 중탄산 나트륨, 구연산 칼슘 및 젖산 칼슘의 유효성분 혼합물을 0.01∼3중량% 범위의 양으로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 냉동 분쇄 어육의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
