Claims (12)
- 조성물의 총용량에 대하여, 약 0.1 내지 2중량%의 현탁안정화용 혼합물을 함유하는 제1현탁, 안정화용 성분 혼합물과, 약 20 내지 약 70중량%의 미각차폐용 혼합물을 함유하는 제1미각차폐용 성분 혼합물을 함유하는 조성물의 총용량에 대하여, 약 0.8 내지 약 4중량%의 이부프로펜; pH를 약 1.5 내지 약 3.5이하로 조정하여 완충용량을 초기 pH와 초기 pH보다 큰 1.0pH단위인 pH사이에서 0.03 내지 0.05로 제공하기에 충분한 양으로 약제학적으로 허용가능한 하나 이상의 완충제 산; 및 상기한 양의 이부프로펜 및 완충제 산과 합하여 100용량%의 조성물이 되도록 하는 양의 물을 함유하는, 경구투여하기에 적합하고 미각적으로 중성인 수성 이부프로펜조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 완충제 산을 시트르산 및 인산 또는 이들의 혼합물중에서 선택하는 이부프로펜조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용량당 약 0.1 내지 약 2.0중량%의 양의 시트르산 또는 인산을 함유하는 이부프로펜조성물.
- 제2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 초기의 pH가 약 3인 이부프로펜조성물.
- 제1항 내지 4항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 이부프로펜의 농도가 조성물 5㎖당 약 50 내지 약 100mg인 이부프로펜조성물.
- 제1항 내지 4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이부프로펜의 농도가 5㎖당 약 100mg인 이부프로펜조성물.
- 제1항 내지 6항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분이 제1현탁안정화용 혼합물이 필수적으로 잔탄검, 미세결정성 셀룰로오즈, 나트륨 카복시메틸 셀룰로오즈 및 폴리소르베이트 80으로 이루어지는 이부프로펜조성물.
- 제1항 내지 7항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분의 제1미각차폐용 성분혼합물이 자당 및 소르비톨 용액으로 이루어지는 이부프로펜조성물.
- 제1항 내지 7항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분의 제1미각차폐용 성분혼합물이 필수적으로 자당, 소르비톨용액 및 글리세린으로 이루어지는 이부프로펜조성물.
- 제1항 내지 9항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이부프로펜의 평균입자크기가 약 40μ인 이부프로펜조성물.
- 제1항 내지 10항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 향미제를 함유하는 이부프로펜조성물.
- 조성물의 총용량에 대하여 약 0.1 내지 약 2중량%의 현탁안정화용 혼합물을 함유하는 제1현탁안정화용 성분혼합물과, 약 20내지 약 70중량%의 미각차폐용 혼합물을 함유하는 제1미각차폐용 성분혼합물중에서, 약 0.8 내지 약 4중량%의 이부프로펜; pH를 약 1.5 내지 약 3.5이하로 조정하여 완충용량을 초기 pH와 초기 pH보다 큰 1.0pH단위인 pH사이에서 0.03 내지 0.05로 제공하기에 충분한 양의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 하나 이상의 완충제 산; 및 상기한 양의 이부프로펜 및 완충제 산과 합하여 100용량%의 조성물이 되도록 하는 양의 물을 현탁시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하여, 경구투여하기에 적합하고 미각적으로 중성인 수성 이부프로펜조성물을 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
