Claims (9)

  1. 현탁액 안정화제 배합성분 및 풍미차폐재 배합 성분을 포함하는 조성물의 총용적당 약 1 내지 약 2중량%의 이부프로펜을 함유하며, 이때 상기 현탁액 안정화제 배합성분은 조성물의 총용적 당 약 1.00 내지 약 1.5중량%을 포함하고 실질적으로 크산탄고무, 미세결정성 셀룰로즈, 나트륨 카복시메틸셀룰로즈 및 폴리소르베이트 80으로 구성되며, 상기 풍미차폐제 배합성분은 조성물의 총용적 당 약 55 내지 약 75중량%의 풍미차폐제 배합물을 포함하고 실질적으로 슈크로즈 및 소르비톨 용액으로 구성되며 ; 또한 pH를 약 3.5 내지 5로 조정하기에 충분한 양의 풍미개선제로서의 시트르산, 및 조성물의 총용적 당 적당량 내지 100%의 물을 함유하는 소아용 이부프로펜(ibuprofen) 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 조성물 5ml당 약 50mg 내지 약 120mg의 이부프로펜 농도를 갖는 조성물.
  3. 제항에 있어서, 조성물 5ml당 약 60내지 약 100mg의 이부프로펜 농도를 갖는 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 약 100mg/5ml의 이부프로펜 농도를 갖는 조성물.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용된 이부프로펜이 약 100 내지 약 250미크론의 평균입자 크기를 갖는 조성물.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물의 총용적당 약1.25 내지 약 1.5중량%의 현탁액 안전화제 성분을 포함하는 조성물.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 또는 그 이상의 향미제를 함유하는 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 실질적으로 실시예 1,2 및 3중 어느 하나에 기술되고 예시된 조성물.
  9. 조성물의 총용적 당 약 1 내지 약2중량%의 이부프로펜을 현탁액 안정화제 주요 배합성분 및 풍미차폐제와 주요배합 성분중에 현탁시킴을 포함하며, 여기에서 상기 현탁액 안정화제 배합성분은 조성물의 총용적 당 약 1.00 내지 약 1.5중량%의 현탁액 안정화제 배합물을 포함하고 실질적으로 크산탄고무, 미세결정성 셀룰로즈, 나트륨 카복시메틸셀룰로즈 및 폴리소르베이트 80으로 구성되며, 상기 풍미차폐제 배합성분은 조성물의 총용적 당 약 55 내지 약 75중량%의 풍미차폐제 배합물을 포함하고 실질적으로 슈크로즈 및 소르비톨 용액으로 구성되며, 조성물이 pH를 약 3.5 내지 5로 조정하기에 충분한 양의 풍미개선제로서의 시트르산, 및 조성물의 총용적 당 적당량 내지 100%의 물을 함유하는, 소아용 이부프로펜 조성물을 제조하는 방법
