Claims (17)

  1. 활성 성분이 최저 수용해도를 갖는 pH 범위가 선택되고 디클로페낙이 현탁된 형태로 존재하는 디클로페낙의 경구용 수성약제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 활성 성분 농도가 약 0.5 내지 약 10중량%, 특히 약 1 내지 5중량%인 제제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, pH가 약 2 내지 약 3.5, 특히 약 2.5 내지 약 3.5인 제제.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, pH를 시트르산을 사용하여 고정시키는 제제.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, pH를 시트르산/인산염 완충액을 사용하여 고정시키는 제제.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,방부제, 산화방지제, 방향제, 염료, 감미제, 현탁제 및 습윤제중에서 선택되는 약제학적으로 허용되는 보조제 및 부가제를 함유하는 제제.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 방부제로서 벤조산 또는 이의염, 4-하이드록시벤조산 에스테르, 페놀, 페닐(저급알카놀), 4급 암모늄 할라이드 또는 소르브산을 함유하는 제제.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 스르브산을 함유하는 제제.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 산화방지제로서, 시스테인, 아스크르브산 또는 이의 에스테르, 또는 갈산의 에스테를 함유하는 제제.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 아스코르브산을 함유하는 제제.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 감미제로서, 단당류, 이당류, 폴리올 또는 인공 감미제를 함유하는 제제.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 현탁 안정화제로서, 알루미늄 및 마그네슘 함량이 높은 콜로이드성 실리케이트, 콜로이드성 실리카, 팽창제 팽창성 셀룰로즈 에데르, 카복시메틸 셀룰로즈 또는 이의 알칼리 금속염, 미세결정형 셀룰로즈 또는 수용성 폴리비닐 화합물을 함유하는 제제.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 하이드록시에틸셀룰로즈 및 또는 셀룰로즈 및 나트륨 카복시메틸셀룰로즈 또는 아가 또는 구아 고무를 함유하는 제제.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 점적제, 혼합물. 쥬스 또는 시럽형태인 제제.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 투여용량-단위 형태인 제제.
  16. 활성 성분을 물에 현탁시키고, 활성 성분이 최저 수용해도를 가지도록 pH를 고정시킴을 특징으로 하여, 수성 매질에서 디클로페낙을 안정화시키는 방법.
  17. 제1항에 다른 약제를 이를 필요로 하는 혼혈 유기체에 투여함을 특징으로 하는 고통 및 염증 상태의 치료 방법.
