Claims (14)

  1. (a)눈 치료 유효량의 제약상 허용되는 비스테로이드계 향염증성 약물, (b)4급 암모늄염 방부제, (c)안정화량의 비이온계 에톡실화 알킬페놀 계면활성제, (d)완충 용액, (e)강장제, (f)킬레이트제, (g)임의의 항생제 및(h) 수성 부형제를 함유하는 안과적으로 허용되는 약물 제제에 있어서, 포유 동물의 눈의 온도(32℃ 내지 42℃)이하의 온도에서는 제제를 유동성 액체 상태로 유지하고, 포유 동물의 눈에 투여된 후에는 제제 중의 약물을 지속적으로 방출시키는 겔화된 매트릭스로 변화시키는 양으로 존재한는 콜라겐 겔화제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 개량된 인과적으로 허용되는 약물 제제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 비이온계 에톡실화 알킬페놀 계면활성제가 옥톡시놀 40인 것이 특징인 안과적으로 허용되는 수성 제제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 4급 암모늄염 방부제가 염화 벤즈알코늄인 것이 특징인 안과적으로 허용되는 수성 제제.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 제약 활성의 비스테로이드계 항염증성 약물이 케토롤락, 인도메타신, 플루비프로펜, 디클로페낙, 서프로펜 및 이들의 이성질체, 에스테르 및 제약상 허용되는 염으로 구성되는 군 중에서 선택되는 것이 특징인 인과적으로 허용되는 수성 제제.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 비스테로이드계 항염증성 약물이 케토롤락 트로메타민인 것이 특징인 안과적으로 허용되는 수성 제제.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 콜라겐 겔화제가 비트로겐(Vitrogen) 100R및 세메드(Semed)RS로 부터 선택되는 것이 특징인 인과적으로 허용되는 수성 제제.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 콜라겐 겔화제가 비트로겐(Vitrogen) 100R인 것이 특징인 안과적으로 허용되는 수성 제제.
  8. 다음 성분들 및 양으로 이루어진 안과적으로 허용되는 지효성 수성 제제.
    NSAD 0.001% 내지 10.0중량/부피%, 콜라겐 겔화제 0.1% 내지 20.0중량/부피%, 4급 암모늄염 방부제 0.001% 내지 1.0중량/부피%, 비이온계 에톡실화 알킬페놀 계면활성제 0.001% 내지 1.0중량/부피%, 에데트산이 나트륨 0.05% 내지 0.2중량/부피%, 염화나트륨 0.03% 내지 3.0중량/부피%, 황산나트륨(무수물) 0.07% 내지 7.0중량/부피%, 인산나트륨(이염기성) 0.03% 내지 3.0중량/부피% IN NaOH 또는 HCI용액 pH를 7.4±0.5로 조절하기에 충분한 양 정제수를 가하여 100% 용적으로 만듬.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 콜라겐 겔화제가 비트로겐(vitrogen) 100R인 것이 특징인 안과적으로 허용되는 수성 제제.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제제가 아래와 같은 조성을 갖는 것이 특징인 안과적으로 허용되는 수성 제제.
    케토롤락 트로메타민 0.50중량/부피%, 비트로겐(vitrogen) 100R0.21중량/부피%, 염화벤즈알코늄(50% 수용액) 0.02중량/부피%, 옥톡시놀 (70% 수용액) 0.01중량/부피%, 에데트산나트륨 0.10중량/부피%, 염화나트륨 0.3중량/부피%, 황산나트륨(무수물) 0.7중량/부피%, 인산나트륨(이염기성) 0.3중량/부피%, IN NaOH 또는 HCI 용액 pH를 7.4±0.5로 조절하기에 충분한 양, 및 정제수를 가하여 100ml로 만듬.
  11. 안염에 걸린 포유 동물에 제1항의 제제를 치료 유효량으로 투여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 안염 치료 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 제제가 아래와 같은 조성을 갖는 제제인 것을 특징으로 하는 안염 치료 방법.
    케토롤락 트로메타민 0.50중량/부피%, 비트로겐(vitrogen) 100R0.21중량/부피%, 염화벤즈알코늄(50% 수용액) 0.02중량/부피%, 옥톡시놀 (70% 수용액) 0.01중량/부피%, 에데트산나트륨 0.10중량/부피%, 염화나트륨 0.3중량/부피%, 황산나트륨(무수물) 0.71중량/부피%, 인산나트륨(이염기성) 0.286중량/부피%, IN NaOH 또는 HCI 용액 pH를 7.4±0.5로 조절하기에 충분한 양, 및 정제수를 가하여 100%용적으로 만듬.
  13. 계가 포유 동물의 눈 온도(32℃ 내지 42℃)이하의 온도에서는 계를 유동성 액체상태로 유지하고, 포유동물에 투여된 후에는 약물을 지속적으로 방출하는 겔화된 매트릭스로 되게 하는 농도로 계 중에 존재하는 콜라겐 겔화제, 4급 암모늄염 방부제, 완충 용액, 강장제, 킬레이트제, 임의의 부형제 및 안정화량의 비이온계 에톡실화 알킬페놀 계면활성제를 함유하고, 눈의 온도에 민감하게 겔화 가능한 비스테로이드계 항염증성 약물용으로서 유용한 계.
  14. 안염 치료에 유용한 비스테로이드계 항염증성 약물을 함유하는 지효성 안약 제제의 제조에 있어서, 포유 동물의 눈의 온도 (32℃ 내지 42℃)이하의 온도에서는 계를 유동성 액체상태로 유지하고, 눈에 투여된 후에는 약물을 지속적으로 방출하는 겔화된 매트릭스로 변화시키는 양으로 존재하는 겔화제의 용도.
