제 1 도는 본 발명에 따른 직접분사 내연기관의 실린더 상부의 단면도. 제 2 도는 판의 상부를 도시한 도면. 제 3 도는 상기판의 정면도.
Claims (10)
- 인렛밸브(5)를 가지는 인렛채널(4)가 제공된 적어도 하나의 실린더(1)로 구성되며, 인렛채널에는 연료분사기(3)을 가지는 인렛튜브(2)가 교정되며, 발열체가 실린더의 인렛채널속으로 돌출하며, 상기 발열체는 흡열부(11,12)와, 발열체에 배치된 전기저항수단(16)과 전기공급수단(14,17,18,20)을 가지는 분사형태의 내연기관에 있어서, 상술한 발열체(11-16)은 열전연 방식으로 제공되지 않고 상기 인렛튜브(2)와 실린더(1)의 헤드 사이에 조여진 관(36)과 일체이며, 전기저항수단(16)은 흡열부의 일부를 형성하는 상부면을 가지는 챔버(11)속에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분사형태의 내연기관.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 브릿지(10)애 의하여 상기관에 연결된 실린더 형상으로 굽은 벽(12)은 챔버(11)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분사의 내연기관.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 2개 이상의 실린더가 제공되는 내연기관에 있어서, 하나의 판(6)이 모든 실린더에 공유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분사형태의 내연기관,
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 모든 발열체의 전기저항수단은 판속에 끼워진 절연된 전기전도체(17,18)에 의하여 하나의 커넥터핀(20)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분사형태의 내연기관.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전기저항수단은 PTC 재료의 테블릿으로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분사형태의 내연기관.
- 상술한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 챔버(11)은 후방측에서 폐쇄되지만 대기와 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분사형태의 내열기관.
- 직접분사엔진의 실린더블록의 인렛채널과 인렛튜브 사이에 고정하기 위한 관에 있어서, 판에 연결되며, 판표면에 대하여 돌출하는 챔버(11)를 가지며 전기저항 수단을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 판.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 실린더형으로 급은 벽(12)는 챔버(11)에 연결되고 브릿지(10)에 의하여 관에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는판.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 전기저항수단은 PTC 태블릿으로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 판.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, PTC태블릿(16)은 개스킷 속에 끼워진 전기전도체(17,18)과 접촉스프링(15)에 의하여 하나의 커넥터핀(20)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 판.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
