Claims (19)
- 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물, 이의 토오토어, 및 이의 염.상기식에서, A는 단일 결합 또는 NR7그룹이고, X1,X2,X3및 X4는 각기 독립적으로 CH 또는 N이며, 단, X1내지 X4그룹중 2개 이상의 CH이고, Y는 NR8이거나 A가 단일결합일 경우에는 O이며, Z는 NR9, O 또는 S이고, R1은 H, 저급 알킬, 하이드록시, 에테르화 또는 에스테르화 하이드록시, 또는 비치환되거나 1 또는 2치환된 아미노이며, R2,R3,R4,R5,R6,R7및 R8라디칼은, 각기 독립적으로, H 또는 저급 알킬이거나, R1및 R8이 함께는 알킬렌이 될 수도 있고, R6는 H, 저급알킬, 사이클로알킬, 아릴-저급 알킬, 아릴, 유리되거나 기능적으로 변형된 카복시, 하이드록시, 에테르화 또는 에스테르화된 하이드록시, 비치환되거나 1 또는 2치환된 아미노이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, A가 단일결합 또는 NR7그룹이고 ; X1,X2,X3및 X4는 각각 독립적으로 CH 또는 N인며, 단, X1내지 X4그룹중 2개 이상이 CH이고 ; Y는 NR8이거나 A가 단일결합일 경우에는, O이며 ; Z는 NR9, O 또는 S이고 ; R1은 H, 저급알킬, 하이드록시, 저급알콕시 또는 아미노이며 ; R2,R3,R4,R5,R7,R8및 R9라디칼은, 각각 독립적으로, H 또는 저급 알킬이거나, R1및 R8이 함께는 -(CH2)2-또는-(CH2)3-가 될 수도 있고, R6는 H, 저급알킬, 하이드록시, 아미노 또는그룹(여기에서, A',X1',X2',X3',X4',Y',R1',R2' 및 R3'는 각기 A,X1,X2,X3,X4,Y,R1,R2및 R3라디칼에 상응하는 동일한 의미를 지닌다)인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물, 이의 토오토머 및 이의 염.
- 제1항에 있어서, A가 단일 결합 또는 NH그룹이고 ; X1,X2,X3및 X4라디칼은X1=X2=X3=X4=CHX1=N,X2=X3=X4=CHX2=N,X1=X3=X4=CHX3=N,X1=X2=X4=CHX4=N,X1=X2=X3=CHX1=X2=N,X3=X4=CHX1=X3=N,X2=X4=CHX1=X4=N,X2=X3=CH의 지니며 ; Y는 NR8이거나, A가 단일결합일 경우에는 O이고 ; Z는 NR9, O 또는 S이며 ; R1은 H, 저급 알킬, 하이드록시, 저급알콕시 또는 아미노이며 ; R2,R3,R8및 R9라디칼은 각각 독립적으로, H 또는 저급 알킬이거나, R1및 R8이 함께는 -(CH2)2-이 될 수도 있고 ; R4및 R5는 H이고 ; R6는 H, 저급 알킬, 하이드록시, 아미노, 3-아미노페닐메틸리덴아미노 또는 2-아미디노-6-피리딜메틸리덴아미노인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물, 이의 토오토머, 및 이의 염.
- 제1항에 있어서, A는 단일결합 또는 NH그룹이고 ; (a) X1,X2,X3,및 X4는 CH이거나,(b) X1은 N이고 X2,X3및 X4는 CH이거나, (c) X2는 N이고 X1,X3및 X4는 CH이거나, (d) X1및 X4는 N이고 X2및 X3는 CH이고 ; Y는 NR8이거나, A가 단일결합일 경우는 O이며 ;Z는 NH 또는 S이고 ; R1은 H, 저급 알킬 하이드록시, 저급알콕시 또는 아미노이며 ; R2,R3및 R8라디칼은, 각각 독립적으로, H 또는 저급 알킬이거나, R1및 R8이 함께는 -(CH2)2이 될수도 있고 ; R4및 R5는 H이며 ; R6는 H, 저급알킬,하이드록시,아미노,3-아미디노페닐메틸리덴아미노 또는 2-아미노-6-피리딜-메틸리덴아미노인 일반식(I)의 화합물, 이의 토오토머, 및 이의 염.
- 제1항에 있어서, A는 단일결합 또는 NH그룹이고 ; (a) X1,X2,X3,및 X4는 CH이거나,(b) X1은 N이고 X2, X3및 X4는 CH이거나, (c) X2는 N이고 X1,X3및 X4는 CH이거나, (d) X1및 X4는 N이고 X2및 X3는 CH이며 ; Y는 NH이거나, A가 단일결합일 경우에는 O이고 ;Z는 NH 또는 S이고 ; R1은 H, 저급알킬, 하이드록시, 저급알콕시 또는 아미노이며 ; R3은 H 또는 저급 알킬이고 : R2,R4및 R5는 H이고 ; R6는 H, 저급알킬, 하이드록시 또는 아미노인 일반식(I)의 화합물, 이의 토오토머, 및 이의 염.
- 제1항에 있어서, A는 단일결합 또는 NR7그룹이고 ; 각 X1,X2,X3,및 X4는 각각 독립적으로, CH 또는 N이고, 단, X1내지 X4그룹중 2개 이상이 CH이며 ; Y는 NR8이거나, A가 단일결합일 경우에는, O이며 ;Z는 NR9, O 또는 S이고 ; R1,R2,R3,R4,R5,R8및 R9라디칼은, 각각 독립적으로, H 또는 저급 알킬이고 ; R6는 H, 저급알킬, 하이드록시, 아미노 또는 3-아미디노페닐메틸리덴아미노인 일반식(I)의 화합물, 이의 토오토머, 및 이의 염.
- 제1항에 있어서, A는 단일결합 또는 NH 그룹이고 ; X1,X2,X3및 X4라디칼은X1=X2=X3=X4=CHX1=N,X2=X3=X4=CHX2=N,X1=X3=X4=CHX3=N,X1=X2=X4=CHX1=X2=N,X3=X4=CHX1=X3=N,X2=X4=CHX1=X4=N,X2=X3=CH이며 ; Y는 NR8이거나, A가 단일결합일 경우는 OD이고 ; Z는 NR9, O 또는 S이며 ; R1,R2,R3,R8및 R9라디칼은, 각각 독립적으로, H 또는 저급 알킬이고 ; R4및 R5는 H이며 ; R6는 H, 저급알킬, 하이드록시, 아미노 또는 3-아미디노페닐메틸리덴 아미노인 일반식(I)의 화합물 이의 토오토머 및 이의 염.
- 제1항에 있어서, A는 단일결합 또는 NH그룹이고 ;X1및 X2는, 각각 독립적으로, CH 또는 N이며, 단, X1및 X2그룹중 1개이상이 CH이고 ; X3및 X4는 CH이며 ; Y는 NH이거나, A가 단일결합일 경우에는, O이고 ; Z는 NH 또는 S이고 ; R3라디칼은 H 또는 저급알킬이고 ; R1,R2,R4및 R5는 H이고 ; R6는 H, 저급알킬, 하이드록시 또는 아미노인 일반식(I)의 화합물 이의 토오토머 및 이의 염.
- 제1항에 있어서, 3-포밀벤즈아미딘-2'-아미디노히드라존인 화합물 및 약학적으로 허용되는 이의염.
- 제1항에 있어서, 3-아세틸벤즈아미딘-2'-아미디노히드라존인 화합물 및 약학적으로 허용되는 이의염.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1,3-비스(3'-아미디노벤질리덴아미노)-구아니딘인 화합물 및 약학적으로 허용되는 이의염.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2-아미디노-6-포밀피리딘-2'-아미디노히드라존인 화합물 및 약학적으로 허용되는 이의염.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1-하이드록시-3-(2'-아미디노-6'-피리딜메틸리덴-아미노)구아니딘인 화합물 및 약학적으로 허용되는 이의염.
- 제1항 내지 13항중 어느 한 항에 따른 화합물 및 약학적으로 허용되는 담체 하나이상을 함유하는 약학적 제제.
- 제1항 내지 13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 동물 또는 사람을 치료하기 위해 사용되는 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 항종양제로서 사용되는 화합물.
- 약제를 제조하기 위한, 제1항 내지 13항중 어느 한 항에 따른 화합물의 용도.
- 종양치료용 약제를 제조하기 위한, 제1항 내지 13항중 어느 한 항에 따른 화합물의 용도.
- a) 일반식(II)화합물을 일반식(III)의 아민과 축합시키거나, b) A가 -NR7-그룹인 일반식(I)화합물을 제조하기 위해, 일반식(IV)화합물을, 일반식(I)의 그룹 -NHR7-을 구아니딘으로 전환시키기에 적합한 시약과 반응시키거나, (c) A가 단일결합인 일반식(I)화합물을 제조하기 위해, 일반식(VI)화합물의 라디칼, W4를 그룹 -C(=Y)NR1R2로 전환시키고, 필요에 따라, 생성된 일반식(I)의 화합물을 또다른 일반식(I)화합물로 전환시키고/거나, 필요에 따라, 생성됨 염을 유리화합물 또는 또다른 염으로 전환시키고/거나, 필요에 따라, 생성된 염형성 특성을 지닌 일반식(I)의 유리화합물을 염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 따른 일반식(I)화합물의 제조방법.상기시에서, CW1W2그룹을 카보닐, 기능적으로 변형된 카보닐 또는 보호된 카보닐이고, W4는 일반식(I)의 아미딘 또는 카바모일 화합물로 전환될 수 있는 라디칼이고, A,X1,X2,X3,X4,Y,Z 및 R1내지 R7은 일반식(I)에서 정의한 바와 같다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
