Claims (10)
- 폴리에스테르계 수지기재위에, 경화성 포스파젠 화합물을 함유하는 피복재의 경화피막을 형성해서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 피막부수지성형물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르계 수지가 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리카아보네이트, 및 폴리에스테르 카아보네이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종인 피막부수지성형품.
- 제1항에 있어서 상기 경화성 포스파젠화합물이 일반식-[NP(X)p(Y)q]h···················[Ⅰ](식중의 X 및 Y는, 각각 중화경화성기 또는 비중합경화성기로서, 그들은 동일해도 좋고, 서로 상이해도 좋지만, 적어도 한쪽은 중합경화성기이고 p 및 q는 각각 0이상의 수로, 그들의 합계는 2이고,n은 3이상의 정수이다).로 표시되는 화합물인 피막부수지성형품.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기식[Ⅰ]에 있어서, 경화성 포스파젠화합물이, n=3~12의 고리형상화합물인 피막부수지성형품.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 중합경화성기가, 아크릴로일기, 메타크릴로일기, 비닐기 및 알릴기로 된 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종이고, 상기 비중합경화성기가, 페녹시기, 할로겐화 페녹시기, 알킬아미노기, 할로겐화 알킬아미노기 및 할로겐 원자로 된 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종인 피막부수지성형품.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 X 및 Y가 일반식[Ⅱ](식중의 R는 탄소수 1~12의 알킬렌기, Z는 수소원자 또는 메틸기이다.)로 표시되는 아크릴로일옥시기 혹은 메타크릴로일옥시기인 피막수지성형품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르계 수지기재가 자성층을 가진 폴리에스테르필름이고, 상기 경화피막이 백코우트층이고, 피막부수지성형품이 자기기록매체인 피막부수지성형품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르기 기재가 잉크층을 가진 폴리에스테르필름이고, 상기 경화피막이 백코우트층이고, 피막부수지성형품이 감열전사 기록매체인 피막부수지성형품.
- 제1항에 있어서. 상기 폴리에스테르계 수지기재가 폴리카아보네이트이고, 피막부수지성형품이 유리대체품인 피막부수지성형품.
