Claims (15)

  1. 탄소수 3내지 8의 α-올레핀을 유동상 반응기 중에서 7,000kpa이하의 압력 및 80℃이상의 온도에서 (a)마그네슘, 티탄, 할라이드 및 인접한 탄소원자에 부착된 2개의 동일평면성 에스테르 그룹을 함유하는 폴리카복실산 에스테르를 함유하는 고체 촉매 성분, (b)유기알루미늄 조촉매, 및 (c)실리콘-산소-탄소결합을 함유하는 전자공여체로 이루어진 촉매 유효량의 촉매계(여기서, 촉매의 유기알루미늄 조촉매 중의 알루미늄: 전자공여체 중의 실리콘의 원자비는 0.5내지 100:1이며, 유기 알루미늄 조촉매 중의 알루미늄: 고체촉매성분 중의 티탄의 원자비는 5:1내지 300:1이다)과 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하여, 분자량 분포가 5.0미만으로 이소택틱 지수가 96%이상인 중합체를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 고체 촉매성분이 하기 일반식의 마그네슘 화합물을 인접한 탄소원자에 부착된 2개의 동일 평면성 에스테르 그룹을 함유하는 폴리카복실산 에스테르와 할로겐화 탄화수소의 존재하에 적어도 2개의 할로겐원자를 함유하는 할로겐화 4가 티탄 화합물로 할로겐화하고, 할로겐화 생성물을 추가의 할로겐화 4가 티탄 화합물로 처리한 다음, 처리된 생성물을 불활성 탄화수소로 세척하여 미반응 티탄 화합물은 제거하고, 이어서 고체 생성물을 회수함으로써 수득되는 방법. MgR′R″상기 식에서, R′는 알콕사이드 또는 아릴옥사이드 그룹이며, R″는 알콕사이드 또는 아릴옥사이드 그룹 또는 할로겐이다.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 마그네슘 화합물이 마그네슘 디알콕사이드(여기서, 각각의 알콕사이드 그룹은 1 내지 8개의 탄소원자를 함유한다)인 방법.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 마그네슘 화합물이 마그네슘 디에톡사이드이며, 할로겐화 4가 티탄 화합물이 티탄 테트라 클로라이드인 방법.

  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 할로겐화 탄화수소인 클로로벤젠인 방법.
  7. 제 2 항 내지 제 6 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 할로겐화 생성물이 추가의 할로겐화 4가 티탄 화합물로 2회 처리되고, 제2의 처리는 인접한 탄소원자에 부착된 2개의 동일평면성 산 할라이드 그룹을 함유하는 폴리 카복실산 할라이드의 존재하에 수행되는 방법.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, 폴리카복실산 할라이드가 프탈로일 디클로라이드인 방법.
  9. 제 1 항에 내지 제 8 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리카복실산 에스테르가(a)모노사이클릭 또는 폴리사이클릭 방향족 환의 O-탄소원자에 부착된 2개의 에스테르 그룹(여기서, 각각의 에스테르 그룹은 측쇄 또는 비측쇄 탄화수소 라디칼에 추가로 결합된다)을 함유하는 폴리카복실산 에스테르, (b) 비방향족 모노사이클릭 또는 폴리사이클릭 환의 인접한 탄소원자에 부착되며 서로에 대해 신 배위로 존재하는 2개의 에스테르 그룹( 여기서, 각각의 에스테르 그룹은 측쇄 또는 비측쇄 탄화수소 라디칼에 추가로 결합된다)을 함유하는 폴리카복실산 에스테르, 및 (c) 불포화 지방족 화합물의 인접한 이중결합 탄소원자에 부착되며 서로에 대해 신 배위로 존재하는 2개의 에스테르 그룹을 함유하는 폴리카복실산 에스테르로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  10. 제 9 항에 있어서, 폴리카복실산 에스테르가 1 내지 12개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 1가 알콜, 및 (a)8내지 20개의 탄소원자 및 환구조의 O-탄소원자에 부착된 2개의 카복실 그룹을 함유하는 모노사이클릭 또는 폴리사이클릭 방향족 화합물 (b)6내지 20개의 탄소원자 및 환 구조의 인접한 탄소원자에 부착되며 서로에 대해 신배위로 존재하는 2개의 카복실 그룹을 함유하는 모노사이클릭 및 폴리사이클릭 비방향족 화합물, 또는 (c) 6내지 20개의 탄소원자 및 인접한 이중결합 탄소원자에 부착되며 서로에 대해 신 배위로 존재하는 2개의 카복실 그룹을 함유하는 불포화 지방족 화합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 폴리카복실산으로부터 유도되는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 폴리카복실산 에스테르가 디이소부틸 프탈레이트인 방법.
  12. 제 1 항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실리콘-산소-탄소 결합을 함유하는 전자공여체가 하기의 일반식을 갖는 방법. R″″′mSiYnXp상기 식에서, R″″′는 1내지 20개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 탄화수소 라디칼이고, Y는 -OR″″′또는 -OCOR″″′(여기서, R″″′는 1내지 20개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 탄화수소 라디칼이다)이며, X는 수소 또는 할로겐이고 m은 0내지 3의 값을 갖는 정수이며, n은 1내지 4의 값을 갖는 정수이고, P는 0내지 1의 값을 갖는 정수이며, m+n+p는 4이다.
  13. 제 1 항 내지 제12항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, α-올레핀이 프로필렌인 방법.
  14. 제 1 항 내지 제13항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분자량 분포가 3.0 내지 4.5이며, 이소택틱 지수가 97% 내지 99%인 중합체가 적어도 100℃의 온도에서 제조되는 방법.
  15. 제 1 항 내지 제14항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄소수가 3 내지 8의 α-올레핀이 제2중합 반응기 중에서 제1중합 반응기의 생성물의 존재 하에 20몰%이하의 에틸렌과 공중합되는 방법.
