Claims (8)

  1. 입력신호가 인가되는 한쪽의 주전극, 다른쪽의 주전극, 그 한쪽의 주전극으로 부터 다른쪽의 주전극에의 입력신호의 전달상태 및 비전달상태를 제어하는 제어신호가 인가되는 제어전극을 가지는 L개(K>L3)의 반도체 스위치소자와, 그 K개의 반도체 스위치 소자의 다른쪽의 주전극에 각각 접속되는 용량성 부하를 구비하고, 그 K개의 반도체 스위치소자의 하나를 소정의 주기로 순차 전달상태로 이행시키는 주사방법에 있어서, 주사가 인접하는 임의의 L개(K>L2)의 반도체 스위치소자와 전달상태가 되는 기간과, 상기 L개의 반도체 스위치 소자가 비전달상태가 되는 기간을 적어도 1주기내에 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, L는 K/2의 근방에 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, K=2L-1, 또는 K=2L, 또는 K=2L+1로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반도체 스위치소자와 상기 용량성 부하는 동일 기판에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 주사방법.
  5. 한쪽의 주전극, 다른쪽의 주전극, 제1의 전위레벨 또는 그 제1의 전위레벨과는 다른 제2의 전위레벨이 인가되는 제어전극을 가지는 K개(K3)의 반도체스위치 소자와, 그 K개의 반도체 스위치 소자의 한쪽의 주전극에 인가하는 연속적인 입력신호를 발생하는 입력신호원과, 그 K개의 반도체 스위치 소자의 다른쪽의 주전극에 각각 접속되는 K개의 용량성 부하와, 그 K개의 반도체 스위치소자의 제어전극에 인가되는 제1의 전위레벨과, 제2의 전위레벨을 소정의 주기로 순차그 제1의 전위레벨 또는 그 제2의 전위레벨로 부터 제2의 전위레벨 또는 제1의 전위레벨로 이행시키는 제어회로를 구비하는 주사회로에 있어서, 상기 제어회로는 주사가 인접하는 임의의 L개(K>L2)의 반도체 스위치 소자의 제어전극이 그 제1의 전위레벨이 되는 기간과, 상기 L개의 반도체 스위치소자의 제어전극이 그 제2의 전위레벨이 되는 기간을 적어도 1주기내에 설정하는 제어회로인 것을 특징으로 하는 주사회로.
  6. 제5항엥 있어서, L는 K/2의 근방에 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사회로.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, K=2L-1, 또는 K=2L, 또는 K=2L+1로 설정되는 것을 특징으로, 하는 주사회로.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 반도체 스위치소자와 상기 용량성 부하와는 동일한 기판에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사회로.
