Claims (1)
- 방전공간을 띄어서 XY매트릭스 형상으로 배치된 방전전극 한쌍과, 한쪽의 방전전극의 복수개에 대응해서 절연층을 띄워 배치된 유인방전용의 트리거 전극을 구비하고, 상기 한쪽의 방전전극을 선순차로 선택됨과 동시에 상기 트리거전극에는 대응하는 복수개의 방전전극의 선택이 종료할때까지 일정한 트리거전압이 부여되고 개개의 방전전극과의 사이에서 유인방전이 순차적으로 생기도록 유인방전 종료후에 상기 트리거전압을 급격히 변화시켜서 변화전압차의 중간레벨로 복귀시키도록 한 방전표시장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
