Abstract

모든 캐소우드가 어드레싱되어진 후 라이팅 주기에 소정의 서스테잉 펄스를 추가하여 방전 유지 시간을 지속시키므로 방전 셀의 휘도를 향상시킬 수 있도록 하는 플라즈마 표시 소자의 구동 방법을 제공하기 위하여, 다수개의 캐소우드 전극과 애노드 전극이 매트릭스 구조로 이루어져 있고 각 캐소우드 전극과 애노드 전극이 교차되는 부분에 방전 셀이 형성되어 있는 플라즈마 표시 장치에 있어서, n번째 캐소우드 전극이 어드레싱되어진 후, 1번째 캐소우드 소멸되는 기간동안 라이링 주기에 시스테잉 펄스를 추가로 인가한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 다수개의 캐소우드 전극과 애노드 전극이 매트릭스 구조로 이루어져 있고 각 캐소우드 전극과 애노드 전극이 교차되는 부분에 방전 셀이 형성되어 있는 플라즈마 표시 장치에 있어서, n번째 캐소우드 전극이 어드레싱되어진 후, 1번째 캐소우드 소멸되는 기간동안 라이팅 주기에 시스테잉 펄스를 추가로 인가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 표시 소자의 구동 방법.
