Claims (9)
- 실란, 불포화 탄화수소 화합물 및 이산화탄소의 기체상 혼합물 600 내지 750℃의 온도에서 고온의 유리표면에 적용시켜 실리콘과 산소를 함유하는 투명한 층을 유리의 표면에 침착시킴을 특징으로 하여 유리표면에 하부층을 형성하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추가로 유리로부터 알칼리금속 이온이 이동하는 것에 대하여 민감한 층을 하부층위에 적용시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추가로 적외선 반사성 및/또는 전기적 전도성 층을 하부층위에 침착시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하부층을 침착시키는 데에 사용되는 불포화 탄화수소 화합물이 2 내지 4개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 올레핀인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 불포화 탄화수소 화합물이 에틸렌인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하부층을 침착시키는 데에 사용되는 기체상 혼합물중에 존재하는 성분기체의 비율과 고온의 유리표면위로 흐르는 기체상 혼합물의 유속을 조절하여 두께가 60 내지 80㎚이고 굴정율이 1.6 내지 1.8인 하부층을 침착시키는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하부층을 침착시키는 데에 사용되는 기체상 혼합물중에 존재하는 성분기체의 비율과 고온의 유리표면위로 흐르는 기체상 혼합물의 유속을 조절하여, 하부층으로 코팅된 유리의 광투과율이 코팅되지 않은 유리의 광투과율의 2% 이내에 속할 수 있게하는 두께와 굴절율을 가지며 유리로 부터 알칼리금속 이온이 이동하는 것에 대하여 효과적인 장벽을 제공하는 하부층을 침착시키는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하부층을 침착시키는 데에 사용되는 기체상 혼합물에서 실란에 대한 불포화 탄화수소의 비율이 용적을 기준으로 하여 2:1 내지 5:1인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하부층을 침착시키는 데에 사용되는 기체상 혼합물에서 실란에 대한 이산화탄소의 비율이 용적을 기준으로 하여 2:1 내지 8:1인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
