제4도는 본 발명과 종래기술의 조립정밀도 비교를 나타낸 그래프이다.
Claims (6)
- 분사밸브 본체를 구성하는 통형상 요크의 내부에 전자 코일 및 고정철심을 고정하고, 이 전자코일과 고정철심에 내장되는 스프링힘에 의하면 연료 분사용 밸브시이트를 개폐하는 밸브체와, 가동철심에 응답하는 가동밸브를 왕복운동시키는 전자식 연료분사밸브이고, 상기 요크의 내경에 고정철심을 동심적으로 끼워서 배치하고, 그 결합하는 어느 한쪽의 내주연주 또는 외주연주의 부재가 그 대향하는 면에 형성된 환상홈에 국부적으로 소선변형되어 유입되고 상기 홈주변에 생기는 상기 변형된 재료의 자체 긴장력에 의해 결합을 유지하는 전자식 연료분사밸트 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 링형상의 홈이 축방향 단면이 W자 형상으로 되어 있는 전자식 연료 분사밸브 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소성변형되는 측의 부재는 적어도 대향하는 면의 부재보다도 경도가 높은 재료인 전자식 연료 분사장지.
- 분사밸브 본체를 구성하는 통형상 요크의 내부에 전자 코일과 고정철심을 고정하고, 그 전자코일과 고정철심에 내장되는 스프링힘에 의하여 연료 분사용 밸브시이트를 개폐하는 밸브체와, 가동철심에 응답하는 가동밸브를 왕복운동시키는 전자식 연료분사밸브이고, 상기 요크의 내경에 고정철심을 동심적으로 끼워서 배치하고, 그 결합되는 어느 한쪽의 내주연부 또는 외주연부의 부재가 그 대향하는 면에 형성되는 링형상의 홈에 국부적으로 소성변형되어 결합 고정됨과 동시에, 상기 밸브체를 유지하는 밸브안내가 상기 요크의 원통의 요부에 C자형 와셔를 거쳐 끼워지고, 상기 요크의 내주연부의 부재가 대향하는 밸브안내의 외주에 형성된 링형상의 홈에 국부적으로 소성 변형되어 결합 고정되는 연료분사밸브장치.
- 분사밸브 본체를 구성하는 통형상 요크의 내부에 전자 코일 및 고정철심을 고정하고, 이전자코일과 상기 고정 철심에 내장되는 스프링 힘에 의하여 연료분사용 밸브시이트를 개폐하는 밸브체와, 가동철심에 응답하는 가동밸브를 왕복운동시키는 전자식 연료분사 밸브이며, 상기 요크의 내경을 센타 안내에 의하여 외경을 외부안내에 의하여 보전하고 다음에 상기 센터 안내를 이용하여 고정철심을 상기 요크와 동심적으로 끼워 배치하고, 그후에 그 결합하는 어느 한쪽의 내주연부 또는 외주연부의 부재가 대향하는 면에 형성된 링형상의 홈에 수직방향으로 소성유동되도록 국부적 외력을 가하고, 그홈 주변에 생기는 소성유동된 재료의 자긴력(自緊力)에 의하여 소정결합시키는 연료분사밸브 장치의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 고정철심은 칼라부 외주에 링형상의 홈을 가지며, 요크의 내주연부를 소성유동시켜 결합시키는 연료분사밸브 장치의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
