Claims (10)
- 원통형 챔버를 한정하는 자기적으로 통과 가능한 하우징(12), 상기 챔버의 한쪽 끝에 배치된 원추형 밸브시이트(34)에 연결된 축방향 유체통로(32)를 갖는 밸브시이트 부재(26)와 유체통로(32)를 폐쇄시키도록 원추형밸브시이트(26)를 가압시키기 위한 선형적으로 변위 가능한 밸브스템(32)을 갖고 있는 형태의 솔레노이드가 작동하는 유체분사기밸브에 있어서, 원통형 챔버의 내경보다 더 작은 직경을 갖고 있으며, 밸브시이트부재(34)에 인접한 상기 원통형 몸체의 끝에 제공된 외주플랜지(42)와 원통형 몸체를 갖고 있고 밸브스템(26)에 연결되는 전기자(50), 원통형 챔버에 동심으로 상기 전기자(50)를 미끄럼 가능하게 지지하기 위한 하우징(12)과 상기 외주플랜지(52) 사이에 배치된 얇은 비자성부싱(60), 상기 전기자(50)로부터 소정의 거리를 띄운 상기 축(76)의 끝과 함께 상기 하우징(12)에 고정부착되고 상기 전기자(50) 반대편 끝에서 상기축(76)에 연결된 반경방향 플랜지(78)와 상기 전기자(50)와 등심의 축(76)을 갖고 있는 고정자(64), 보빈(66)에 감겨진 솔레노이드코일(68)과 고정자 축(76)의 길이를 따라 연장되고 밀봉된 플라스틱보빈(66)을 갖고 있는 솔레노이드 어셈블리(66, 68), 상기 원추형 밸브시이트(34)를 가압하게 되는 상기 밸브스템(42)과 상기 고정자(64)로부터 떨어져 상기 전기자(50)를 편의시키는 소정의 힘을 발생시키기 위한 상기 외주플랜지(52)와 상기 보빈(66) 사이에서 상기 전기자(50)의 원추형몸체를 외접하는 코일스프링(44)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체분사기 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 밸브시이트부재의 축방향 유체통로(32)와 동심의 측정 오피리스(30)를 갖고 있고, 상기 밸브시이트 부재(34)에 인접하여 배치된 오피리스판(28)을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체분사기 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하우징(12)에 의하여 이루어진 원통형챔버는 밸브시이트부재(20) 및 상기 전기자(50)를 수용하는 전방네크부(16)와 상기 고정자(64) 및 상기 솔레노이드 어셈블리(66, 68)를 수용하는 몸체부(14)를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체분사기 밸브.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 하우징(12)이 하우징의 네크부(16)의 끝을 부분적으로 둘러싸는 캡(18)을 갖고 있고, 상기 유체분사기가 상기 캡(18)과 밸브시이트 부재(20) 사이에 배치된오리피스 판(28)을 더갖고 있으며, 상기 오리피스판(28)이 밸브시이트부재의 축방향통로(32)와 동심으로 통과하여 제공된 측정오리피스(30)를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체분사기밸브.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 보빈이 상기 고정자축에 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체분사기밸브.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 성형된 보빈을 상기 축(66)에 길이방향으로 걸리게 하는 적어도 하나의 외접홈을 상기 축(76)이 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 분사기밸브.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 보빈(66)이 고정자축(76)에 부착되어 그들 사이에서 유체누출방지시일을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체분사기밸브.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 보빈(66)이 상기 솔레노이드코일(68)의 반대끝에 연결된 한쌍의 전극(70)을 갖고 있고, 상기 전극에 외부의 전기적 접속을 위하여 제공되도록 상기 고정자의 반경방향 플랜지(78)가 상기 전극(70)에 인접한 차단부(cut outportion)를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체분사기밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유입구가 상기 하우징의 벽을 관통하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체분사기 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유입구가 상기 고정자를 축방향으로 관통하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체분사기 밸브.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
