Claims (20)
- 밸브의 주축을 따라 연장되는 강자성 금속 코어 소자와, 코어 소자를 둘러싸고 배열된 자성 코일과, 밸브 시트를 한정하는 금속 밸브 시트 바디와, 시트와 함게 동작가능한 밸브 부재와, 시트에 대해 밸브 부재를 위치 이동하는 코어 소자와 코일에 의해 발생되는 전자기력으로 동작가능한 접극자와, 코어 소자의 부분과 코일을 둘러싸는 가소성 재료의 케이싱과, 자기선이 생기는 코일 둘레에 케이싱의 적어도 일부 부분에 배열된 강자성 도체 수단을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로하는 전자기 밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 도체 수단은, 원주 방향으로 코일의 적어도 일부를 둘러싸고 그리고 상기 축방향으로 코일의 전체길이 이상으로 연장되므로서 케이싱내에 배열된 한개 이상의 도체 소자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 전자기 밸브.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 도체 수단은 케이싱에 함유된 강자성의 필러 물질을 부가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 전자기 밸브.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 한개 이상의 도체 소자는 상기 축에 관해 방사방향이며, 밸브의 내부로 연장되는 단부를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로하는 전자기 밸브.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 한개 이상의 도체 소자는 대체로 포트형태인 것을 특징으로하는 전자기 밸브.
- 전항들 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접극자와 대향하는 코어 소자의 단부와 접속되고, 밸브 시트 바디쪽으로 연장하는 금속 관형 중간개재 부재가 포함되는 것을 특징으로하는 전자기 밸브.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 관형 중간 개재부재는 비자성 재료로 제조되고, 상기 보어는 접극자용 안내 통로를 한정하는 것을 특징으로하는 전자기 밸브.
- 제 6항 또는 제 7항에 있어서. 중간 개재부재는 밸브 시트 바디로 접속되는 것을 특징으로하는 전자기 밸브.
- 제 6항 내지 제 8항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 접극자는 관형이고, 밸브 시트 바디로 접속되는 것을 특징으로하는 전자기 밸브.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 중간 개재부재와 밸브 시트 바디 사이에 견고하게 배열된 강자성의 관형 접속부재와, 작동과 함께 접속부재내로 부분 돌출하는 접극자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 전자기 밸브.
- 제 7항 또는 제 10항에 있어서, 밸브 부재는 튜브에 의해 접극자로 접속되는 구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 전자기 밸브.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 중간 개재부재는 비자성 박판 금속으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로하는 전자기 밸브.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 중간 개재부재는 상기 축과 동축으로 연장되는 제 1접속부와, 제 1접속부보다 더 큰 길이의 제 2접속부와, 제 2접속부로 제 1접속부가 접속하고 그리고 상기 축과 대체로 수직 연장되는 스탭을 구비하는 것을 특징으로하는 전자기 밸브.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 제 1접속부는 코어 소자에 견고하게 접속되고, 상기 제 2접속부는 스탭에 대향되는 단부면에서 지탱되는 관형 접속부재에 견고하게 접속되는 것을 특징으로하는 전자기 밸브.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 관형 접속부재는 강자성의 재료로 제조되고 밸브 시트 바디에 접속되며, 상기 접극자는 관형접속 부재의 보어로 미끄럼 운동으로 안내되는 것을 특징으로하는 전자기 밸브.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 부재는 튜브에 의해 접극자에 접속되는 구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 전자기 밸브.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 상기 코어 소자는 접극자에 대향하는 소자의 단부에 있는 감소된 직경의 접합 칼라로 제공되는 것을 특징으로하는 전자기 밸브.
- 첨부 도면의 제 1도 내지 제 5도, 또는 제 6도를 참고로 설명되는 밸브.
- 전항들 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연료 분사 밸브인 것을 특징으로하는 전자기 밸브.
- 내연기관 엔진용의 연료 분사 장치에서, 상기 장치는 제19항에서 청구된 밸브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 전자기 밸브.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
