제1도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 의한 전자식 연료 분사 밸브의 단면도.

제4도는 본 발명의 다른 실시예를 나타낸 도.
제5도는 상기 분사 밸브의 요부를 나타낸 부분확대 단면도.
제6도 (1)~(3)은 상기 분사 밸브의 내마모 표면처리 수단을 실시한 구체적 태양예를 나타낸 단면도.
제7도는 상기 내마모 표면처리 수단의 재질적 경도특성을 나타낸 경도 곡선도이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 선단에 밸브체를 타단에 자성재성의 전기자를 구비한 가동자, 상기 전기자에 그 선단이 대향하는 자성재 제의 통형상 코어, 이 통형상 코어의 주위의 사이에 전자흡인력을 발생시키는 전자코일을 구비하고, 또 상기 가동자의 밸브체측과 전기자측에 이 가동자의 축방향으로의 이동을 안내하는 가이드부를 가지는 것에 있어서, 상기 가동자의 상기 전기자 측의 가이드부가 전기자와 상기 코어와의 사이에 형성된 비자성재로 이루어진 섭동부재에 의하여 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자식 연료 분사 밸브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비자성재성의 섭동부재는 그 일단이 상기 전기자에 고정되고 타단이 상기 통형상 코어의 내주면과 섭접하는 통형상체로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자식 연료 분사 밸브.
  3. 선단에 밸브체를 타단에 자정재제의 전기자를 구비한 가동부재, 상기 전기자에 그 선단이 대향하는 자성재제의 통형상 코어, 이 통형상 코어의 주위에 배치되고, 통전시에 상기 통형상 코어와 전기자와의 사이에 전자 흡인력을 발생시키는 전자코일을 구비하고, 또 상기 자동자의 밸브체측과 전기자측에 이 가동자의 축방향의 이동을 안내하는 가이드부를 가지는 것에 있어서, 상기 코어와 전기자와의 사이에 있어서 양자를 동축상태로 지지하는 지지부재를 설치함과 동시에, 그 지지부재에 의하여 상기 전기자측의 가이드부를 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자식 연료 분사 밸브.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 지지부재가 상기 전기자에 일단이 고정되고, 타단이 상기 통형상 코어의 내주에 섭동가능하게 삽입된 비자성재제의 지지체인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자식 연료 분사 밸브.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가동자 및 코어가 서로 충돌하는 면의 어느 한쪽 또는 양쪽의 충돌면에 내마모성을 가지는 표면경화층을 설치함과 동시에 그 표면 경화층과 상기 충돌면의 표면과의 사이에는 상기 가동자와 상기 코어의 충돌시의 충격을 완화하기 위한 충격완화층을 개재 시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 전자식 분사 밸브.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 표면 경화층은 크롬층으로 이루어지고, 상기 충격완화층은 닉켈층으로 이루어진 전자식 연료 분사 밸브.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 표면경화층은 산화 크롬층으로 이루어지고, 상기 충격완화층은 크롬층으로 이루어진 전자식 연료 분사 밸브.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 표면경화층을 닉켈기에 경화입자를 분산시킨 것으로 이루어지고, 상기 충격완화 층은 닉켈층으로 이루어진 전자식 연료 분사 밸브.
