Claims (6)

  1. 자석 코일로 둘러지고 코어로써 사용되는 연료 인입구 접속 피이스와, 고정 밸브 시이트와 상호 작용하는 밸브 폐쇄몸체에 의해서 작동될 수 있는 전기자와, 한 단부에는 전기자와 직면하는 연료 인입구 접속피이스의 코어의 단부가 조밀하게 연결되고 다른 단부에는 관형연결부가 연결되는 금속으로된 관형 중간부와, 중간부에서 떨어져 직면하는 단부에는 연결부가 부착되고 고정 밸브 시이트를 나타내는 금속 밸브 시이팅 몸체와, 클립으로 구조되고 강자성 요소로 사용되고 축방향으로 자석코일의 전체 길이를 거쳐 연장하고 원주 방향으로 자석 코일을 적어도 부분적으로 둘러싸는 하나이상의 가이드요소와, 밸브의 적어도 일부분을 둘러싸는 프라스틱 덮개와, 전기 접속 플러그를 가지는 내연기관의 연료 분사 시스템용 분사 밸브인 전자기 작동 밸브에 있어서, 플라스틱 압출 코팅(7)은 자석 코일(4)을 둘러싸고 동시에 전기 접속 플러그(21)를 형성하므로 자석 코일(4)은 독립 플라스틱으로 사출 성형품으로써 접속 플러그(21)와 함께 구조된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 작동 밸브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 환형홈(25)의 방사방향으로 연장하는 측면은 밸브의 일부분을 둘러싸는 플라스틱 덮개(18)에 의해 형성되며 환형홈의 홈 베이스는 연료 인입구 접속 피이스(1)의 원둘레에 의해 형성되고 연료 인입구 연결피이스(1)의 인입구 측단부(44)의 원둘레에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 작동 밸브.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전기자(12)의 인입구 측단부(26)와 코어 단부(3)사이의 잔류 공기갭을 형성하고 밸브 개방 공정동안 밸브 폐쇄 몸체(10)의 이동을 한정하는 비자성 스톱판(27)이 클램핑으로 배열되어 있는 축선갭(29)은 중간부(6)와 슐더(4)와 전기자(12)와 직면하는 코어단부(3)의 단부면(23)사이에 형성되는 특징으로 하는 전자기 작동 밸브.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연료 인입구 접속 피이스(1)는 전체 길이를 거쳐 일정한 외경을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 작동 밸브.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 밸브 시이팅 몸체(8)는 일정한 외경을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 작동 밸브.
  6. 특히 제1항에 따르고, 자석 코일에 의해 둘러싸이고 코어로써 구조된 연료 인입구 연결 피이스를 가지는 내연기관의 연료 분사 시스템용 분사 밸브인 전자기 작동 밸브에 있어서, 자석 코일(4)은 방사 방향으로 단계된 코일 포머(2)를 나타내고 방사방향으로 단계진 권선(13)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 작동 밸브.
