제1도는 솔레노이드 컷 오프 밸브를 형성하기 위하여 설계된 본 발명에 따른 솔레노이드 밸브의 종단면도.
제2도는 3방향 솔레노이드 분배기 밸브를 형성하기 위하여 본 발명에 따른 솔레노이드 밸브를 보여주는 제1도와 동일한 종단면도.

Claims (12)

  1. 제1축방향보어(8)를 가지는 장착베이스(1)와, 제2축방향보어(15)를 가지고 관상지지피스(13)에 의하여 공축으로 베이스상에 지지되어지고 커버(21)에 의하여 제위치에 유지되는 상부피스(14)와, 적어도 상부피스(14)의 축방향부를 둘러싸는 코일(20)과 각각 제1보어(8)와 제2보어(15)내에 장착되고 축방향 반대향단부를 위한 멈춤구를 형성하고 탄성적으로 설치된(45) 플런저구조(31-37)이며 유체통로(33,28)를 가지는 제1인서트(41;41')와 제2인서트(36;36')를 포함하며 적어도, 제1인서트 (41;41')는 플런저구조의 인접한 밸브장치(30)에 의하여 폐쇄되어질 수 있는 밸브시트(44)로 열려진 내부유체통로(43)를 가지는 솔레노이드밸브에 있어서, 상기 장착베이스(1)가 폴피스(pole-piece)를 형성하고 코일(20)쪽으로 축방향 돌출하고, 제1보어(8)와 제2보어(15)에 대하여 공축인 제3보어(10)를 형성하는 내부원통형부(7)를 포함하고, 플런저구조는 제1보어(15)내에서 미끄러지고 내부통로(28)를 가지며 제3보어(10)내에서 미끄러지는 비자성체로 만들어진 관상연장피스(27)와 접촉접속하여 상호 작동하는 원통형코어(31)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드밸브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 관상지지피스(13)가 비자성체로 만들어진 튜브이며 상부피스(14)와 베이스(1)의 내부돌출부(7)의 반대향단부가 밀봉장착되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상부피스(14)와 베이스(1)의 내부돌출부(7)의 반대향단부가 각각 원주상에 환상개스킷(19,18)과 튜브(13)의 대응단부가 멈춤구로서 상호작동하는 원주상 반경방향 쇼울더를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 커버(21)가 자성체의 만들어진 관상피스로 구성되고 상부피스(14)의 외부쇼울더(17)에 대항하여 맞물리는 바닥부(22)를 가지며, 그 자유단모서리는 장착베이스상에 클림프(26) 되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브.
  5. 제1항내지 4항에 있어서, 코어(31)가 연장피스(27)내에 있는 내부통로(28)의 인접한 단부와 항상 소통하게 되어 있는 적어도 하나의 축방향 통로를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 연장피스(27)가 그 어느 정도의 길이 방향상에 형성된 블라인드 축방향보어와 밸브장치(20)를 형성하는그 단부 근처에 만들어진 적어도 하나의 반경 방향통로를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브.
  7. 제1항내지 6항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 플런저구조체(31,27)를 밀고 연장피스(27)와 제1인서트(41;41')사이에 설치된 스프링(45)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브.
  8. 제1항내지 7항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 제1인서트(41')의 내부통로가 베이스(1)에 형성되어 있고 제1보어(8)로 열려있는 구(9)와 소통하는 제1인서트의 원주그루우브(47)로 열려진 횡방향 통로부(46)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브.
  9. 제8항에 있어어서, 제1인서트(41')의 내부통로가 제1인서트 밖으로 열려진 축방향 통로부(43)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 제1인서트(41')가 축방향통로부(43)내에 설치된 복잡한 어셈블리(49)를 또한 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브.
  11. 제8항 내지 10항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 제1인서트(41')가 제2내부축방향통로(48)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브.
  12. 제1항내지 7항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 제2인서트(36)가 플런저구조(31,27)의 인접한 밸브장치(32)에 의하여 폐쇄되어질 수 있는 밸브시트로 열려진 내부유체통로(38)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브.
