Claims (13)

  1. 장착되어 있는 기입가능 광디스크를 회전시키는 디스크구동부와, 상기 디스크구동부에 장착된 기입가능 광디스크의 중앙부를 사이에 두고 서로 대향하는 동시에 각각 기입가능 광디스크에 대면하고 있는 제1 및 제2의 광학헤드부와, 상기 제1 및 제2 광학헤드부는 각각 기록 트랙에 대하여 정보신호의 기입 및 소거용 제1의 광 빔 및 기록트랙으로부터의 정보신호의 판독용 제2의 광 빔을 발생하고, 제1 광 빔이 기록트랙에 따르는 방향으로 제2 광 빔보다 선행하는 상태가 되도록 상기 제1 및 제2 광 빔을 상기 디스크구동부에 의해 회전되는 기입가능 광디스크에 입사시키며, 상기 디스크구동부에 장착된 기입가능 광디스크의 반경방향으로 상호 근접 또는 격리되도록 동시에 상기 제1 및 제2 광학헤드부를 이동시키는 헤드구동부로 이루어진 디스크 기록재생장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디스크구동부는 기입가능 광디스크의 중앙부에 위치하도록 상기 제1 및 제2 광학헤드부사이에 회전 가능하게 설치되어 있는 디스크장착부와, 소정 속도로 상기 디스크를 회전시키는 디스크장착부에 연결되어 있는 모터로 이루어진 디스크 기록재생장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 헤드구동부는 상기 제1 및 제2 광학헤드부가 각각 이동하는 것을 안내하는 상기 디스크구동부에 장착된 기입가능 광디스크의 반경방향으로 각각 뻗어 배설된 한쌍의 가이드 부재와, 상기 한쌍의 가이드부재에 따라서 상기 제1 및 제2 광학헤드부를 각각 이동시키는 한쌍의 헤드구동부로 이루어진 디스크 기록재생장치.
  4. 3항에 있어서, 상기 헤드구동부는 상기 제1 및 제2 광학헤드부의 이동을 제어하므로써, 상기 제1 및 제2 광학헤드부로부터 발산되는 제1 및 제2 광 빔이 상기 디스크구동부에 장착된 기입가능 광디스크에 설치된 기록트랙중의 하나의 공통트랙에 입사되는 디스크 기록재생장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 광학헤드부는 각각 상기 제1 및 제2 광 빔을 발생하는 제1 및 제2 레이저광원과, 상기 제1 및 제2 레이저광원으로부터의 상기 제1 및 제2 광 빔을 상기 디스크구동부에 장착된 기입가능 광디스크에 접속시키기 위하여 상기 제1 및 제2 광 빔에 공통으로 설치된 대물렌즈부와, 상기 제1 및 제2 광 빔을 각각 투과시키는 광로를 형성하는 광학부로 이루어진 디스크 기록재생장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 광학헤드부는 또 상기 디스크구동부에 장착된 기능가능 광디스크로부터 반사되는 최소한 상기 제2 광 빔을 검출하는 광검출부로 이루어진 디스크 기록재생장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 레이저광원은 상이한 파장으로 상기 제1 및 제2 광 빔을 발생시키는 디스크 기록재생장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 광학부는 상기 디스크구동부에 장착된 기입가능 광디스크로부터 반사되는 상기 제1 및 제2 광 빔을 분리하기 위하여 상기 제1 및 제2 광 빔에 설치된 광로에 공통으로 배설된 광 빔 분리수단을 포함하는 디스크 기록재생장치.
  9. 제5항에 있어서, 또 상기 광검출부로부터 얻은 검출출력신호에 따라서 판독신호, 트래킹에러신호 및 포커스에러신호를 발생하는 신호형성부로 이루어지는 디스크 기록재생장치.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 또 상기 디스크구동부에 장착된 기입가능 광디스크를 사이에 두고 상기 제1 광학헤드부와 대향하여 배설된 제1자계형성부와 상기 디스크구동부에 장착된 기입가능 광디스크를 사이에두고 상기 제2광학헤드부와 대향하여 배설된 제2자계 형성부로 이루어지며, 상기 제1 및 제2자계형성부는 상기 디스크구동부에 장착된 기입가능 광디스크의 반경방향으로 뻗어 있는 디스크 기록재생장치.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2자계형성부는 상기 디스크구동부에 장착된 기입가능 광디스크에 서로 반대방향으로 작용하는 자계를 각각 형성하도록 배치된 디스크 기록재생장치.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 또 상기 제1 및 제2광학헤드부중 하나로부터의 상기 제1 광 빔에 의하여 기록트랙의 일부분에 형성된 각 섹터에 정보신호를 기입하고, 상기 제1 및 제2광학헤드중 하나로부터의 상기 제2광 빔에 의하여 섹터에 기입된 정보신호를 판독하는 광 빔 제어부와, 상기 제1 및 제2광학헤드부의 동작과 상기 광 빔 제어부의 동작을 제어하는 동작제어부로 이루어지는 디스크 기록재생장치.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 동작제어부는 상기 제1 및 제2광학헤드부중 하나로부터의 상기 제1 광 빔에 의해 기록트랙의 최소한 1섹터에 정보신호를 기입하고, 상기 제2 광 빔에 의해 상기 제1 섹터에 기입된 정보신호를 판독하는 수단과 상기 제1 및 제2 광학헤드부중 하나로부터의 상기 제2 광 빔에 의해 판독된 정보신호에 따라서 상기 정보신호가 상기 1섹터에 적정히 기입되어 있는지의 여부를 검증하는 수단과 상기 검증수단에 의해 상기 1섹터에 정보신호가 적정하게 기입되어 있지 않다고 판단되었을 때, 상기 제1 및 제2광학헤드부중 하나로부터의 상기 제1 광 빔에 의해 상기 1섹터에 기입된 것과 동일한 정보신호를 상기 제1섹터를 포함하는 기록트랙상의 소정 위치에 설치된 최소한 1교체섹터부에 재기입하는 수단으로 이루어진 디스크 기록재생장치.
