Claims (3)

  1. Si:4.0내지 7.0wt%, Mn:0.5wt%이하, P:0.1wt%이하, S:0.02wt%이하, Aℓ:2wt% 이하를 함유하는 철합금을 용제하여, 조괴 또는 연속주조에 의해 주조후, 1000℃이상에서 누적압하율 50%이상의 분괴 및 조압연, 또는 조압연을 행하고 다시 마무리 열간압연전의 평균 결정입경(d)에 따라서 1100℃이하에서 다음 식에 나타낸 누전압하율(R)의 마무리 열간압연을 행한 후, 750℃이하에서 권취하여, 탈스케일 처리후 냉간압연 또는 온간압연을 시행하여 이어서 소둔하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연자기특성이 뛰어난 규소철판의 제조방법.
    d(mm)를 마무리 연간압연전의 평균 결정입경으로 하여, λ0이 다음 식에서 주어졌을때, λ0=-1.90×0.26xSi(wt%), d〉λ0이라면 R(%)이라면(1-λ0/d)x100, d〈λ0이라면 R(%)O
  2. 마무리 열연후, 탈스케일 처리전 또는 후에 750℃이하의 열연판 소둔을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허 청구의 범위 1기재의 연자기특성이 뛰어난 규소철판의 제조방법.
  3. 냉간압연 또는 온간압연의 도중에서 750℃이하의 중간소둔을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1 또는 2기재의 연자기특성이 뛰어난 규소철판의 제조방법.
