Abstract

본 발명은 Ti함유 알루미길드강의 연속주조에서의 노즐 폐색이 없고, 또한 슬라브 잉곳의 표면결함이 없는 극저탄소 냉간압연강판의 유효한 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 탈탄처리후의 용강중에 Al, Si, 또는 Ai과 Si를 첨가하여 반(半) 탈산하고, 이어서 함유물질을 첨가하여 다시 탈산함으로써, 상기 용강중의 주성분을 Ti와 Al의 복합산화물, Ti와 Si의 복합산화물, 또는 Ti, Al 및 Si를 복합산화물로 한 용강을 용제(溶劑)하고, 이어서 이 용강을 연속주조, 열간압연 및 냉간압연 및 냉간압연을 거쳐 700℃∼Ac₃변태점의 온도범위에서 연속적으로 아닐링 한는 방법에 관한 것이다.

제1도는 용강중의 Al량과 턴디시(turndish) 노즐의 Al₂O₃의 부착량(지수)관계를 나타내는 도면이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 극저탄소 냉간압연강판 제조 방법에 있어서, C≤0.005wt%, Mn≤1.0wt%를 함유하는 탈탄처리후의 용강중에, Al, Si, 또는 Al 및 Si를 첨가하여 반탈산 용강으로 하고, 이 반탈산 용강중에 금속 Ti, Ti 합금, 또는 금속 Ti 및 Ti 합금을 첨가하여 다시 탈산하고, Al≤0.005wt%, Si≤0.20wt%, Ti:0.01∼0.10wt%를 함유하는 용강으로 함과 동시에, 상기 용강중의 함유물의 주성분을 Ti와 Al의 복합산화물, Ti와 Si의 복합산화물, 또는 Tl, Al 및 Si의 복합산화물로 한용강을 용제하고, 이어서 이 용강을 연속주조하고, 그 후, 열간압연 및 냉간압연을 거친 후, 얻어진 냉가압연강판을 연속적으로 아닐링하는 것을 특징으로 하는 극저탄소 냉간압연강판 제조링법.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 냉간압연강판을 700℃∼Ac₃변태점의 온도범위에서 연속적으로 아닐링하는 것을 특징으로 하는 극저탄소 냉간압연강판 제조 방법
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, Ti탈산용강중에 금속 Nb, Nb합금 또는 금속 Nb 및 Nb합금을 첨가하고, 용강중의 Nb 함류량을 Nb≤0.03wt%로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 극저탄소 냉간압연강판 제조 방법
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, Ti탈산용강중에 금속 B, B합금, 또는 금속 B 및 B 합금을 첨가하고, 용강중의 B함유량을 B≤0.002wt%로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 극저탄소 냉간압연강판 제조 방법
  5. 제 1항에 있어서, Ti탈산용강중에 금속 Nb, Nb합금, 또는 금속 Nb 및 Nb합금과, 금속 B, B합금, 또는 금속 B 및 B 합금을 첨가하고, 용강중의 Nb함류량을 Nb≤0.03wt% 및 B 함류량을 B≤0.002wt%로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 극저탄소 냉간압연강판 제조 방법
