Claims (31)
- 히루딘 또는 히루딘 변이체(H유전자)의 유전자와, 효모균에 의한 H유전자의 전사를 가능케 하는 정보를 담은 DNA시켄스(Str)를 최소한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 효모균으로부터 히루딘을 제조하는 것을 가능케 하는 기능을 가진 기능성 DNA블록.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 최소한 시켄스-Str-Lex-Scl-H 유전자-를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 블륵:여기서 Lex는 유전자 제품의 분비를 얻기 위한 리더 시켄스임, Scl은 절단부위의 정보를 담은 DNA 시켄스임, 요소 Scl-H 유전자는 여러번 반복될 수 있음.
- 청구범위 2항에 있어서, 시켄스 Lex는 효모균의 α성 페로몬의 것임을 특징으로 하는 기능성 블록.
- 청구범위 1항 내지 3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, Scl은 3'단말의 H유전자를 앞서는 ATG코우돈을 포함하는 시켄스임을 특징으로 하는 기능성 블록.

- 청구범위 10항에 있어서, 복제의 근원은 2μ플라스미드의 것임을 특징으로 하는 플라스미드.
- 청구범위 10항 및 11항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 추가로 선택특성을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스미드.
- 청구범위 12항에 있어서, 선택 특성은 URA 3유전자에 의해 주어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스미드.
- 상기 발현 블록(청구범위 1항 내지 8항중 어느 하나에 의한 것), 또는 청구 범위 10항 내지 13항중 어느 하나에 의한 플라스미드에 의해 현질 전환된 효모균.
- 청구범위 14항에 있어서, 사카로마이스 속(屬)의 효모균임을 특징으로 하는 효모균.
- 청구범위 15항에 있어서, 효모균은 Matα성형(性型)임을 특징으로 하는 효모균.
- 청구범위 14항 내지 16항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 효모균은 S. 세레비시아에 균주임을 특징으로 하는 효모균.
- 배양 매질 내에서 청구범위 14항 내지 17항중 어느 하나에 의한 효모균을 발효시키고, 성숙한 형태로, 또는 생체내에서 성숙화 될 수 있는 히루딘 전구 물질의 상태로 배양 매질 내에서 히루딘을 회수하는 히루딘의 제조방법.
- 청구범위 18항에 있어서 히루딘은 배양 매질 내에서 회수되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 청구범위 19항에 있어서, Scl에 해당하는 시켄스를 화학적으로 또는 효소에 의하여 절단할 때 생기는 전구 물체로부터 성숙한 히루딘을 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 청구범위 20항에 있어서, 메티오닌부위를 화학적으로 절단하여 성숙한 히루딘을 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 청구범위 21항에 있어서, 전구 물체의 Lys-Arg 또는 Ser-Leu-Asp-Lys-Arg시켄스 이후의 부위를 효소로 절단하여 성숙한 히루딘을 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 청구범위 18항 내지 20항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 전구 물체를 절단하여 얻은 히루딘은 변성 상태로 부터 환원시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 전항(18항 내지 23항중 어느 하나)에 의한 방법을 수행하여 얻은 히루딘.
- 의약품으로서의 청구범위 24항에 의한 히루딘의 용도.
- 인체 또는 동물내에 형액응결 검출제로서의 청구범위 24항에 의한 히루딘의 용도.
- 신체 외적 혈액순환 계통의 최소한 일부분이 청구범위 24항에 의한 히루딘으로 표면 도포 되었을때 신체외적 혈액순환 계통에의 히루딘 용도.
- 히루딘을 방출하는 의약품으로서의 청구범위 14항 내지 17항중 어느 하나에 의한 효모균의 용도.
