Claims (7)
- 적어도 할로겐, (멘델레에프 원소주기율표의) Ⅳ,Ⅴ 또는 Ⅵ족에 속하는 전이금속 및 마그네슘의 화합물로 이루어진 입자상 고체물질(이는 거의 무수조건 하에서 제조하며, 금속/탄소 화학적 결합이 거의 없다)을 촉매로서 함유하며(멘델레에프 원소주기율표의) Ⅱ 또는 Ⅲ족에 속하는 금속의 유기금속 화합물 적어도 하나 이상을 조촉매로서 함유하는 지글러-나타 촉매계의 존재하에서-올레핀을 중합 또는 공중합시키는 방법에 있어서, 촉매와 조촉매를 접촉시켜 촉매적으로 활성인계를 형성하기 전에 입자상 고체물질을 촉매중에 존재하는 전이금속 그람원자당 0.1 내지 5mole의 물로 처리함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 촉매중에 존재하는 전이금속 그람원자수에 대한 물의 몰수의 비율이 0.2 내지 2가되는 양의 물을 사용하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 50 내지 120℃의 온도하에서 5분 내지 24시간 동안 고체를 물로 처리하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 물로 처리하는 입자상 고체물질이 하기의 일반식에 상응하는 방법.MgmAlnM(OR1)p×qDr상기 식에서 ; M은 티탄 및/또는 바나듐원자이고 ; R1는 C2내지 C14의 알킬그룹이고 ; X는 염소 및/또는 브롬원자이고 ; D는 적어도 하나 이상의 산소·황·질소 또는 인원자를 함유하나 활성 수소원자는 함유하지 않는 전자공여 화합물이고 ; m은 1.5 내지 50, 바람직하게는 2 내지 10이고 ; n은 0 내지 2, 바람직하게는 0 내지 1이고 ; p는 0 내지 3이고 ; q는 4 내지 110, 바람직하게는 5 내지 27이고 ; r은 0 내지 60, 바람직하게는 0 내지 20이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 액체 탄화수소 희석제중의 입자상 고체물질의 현탁액을 형성한 다음 물을 바람직하게는 미세분무로 점진적으로 가함으로써 물로 처리하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 물로 처리한 촉매입자 및 조촉매를 함유하는 지글러-나타 촉매계를 하나 이상의-올레핀과 접촉시켜 전중합체로 전환시키고, 하나 이상의-올레핀을 기체-유동층 중합 또는 공중합 시키는 데에 상기에서 제조한 전중합체를 촉매로서 사용하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,-올레핀의 중합 또는 공중합 반응을 0.5 내지 5MPa의 압력 및 50 내지 110℃의 온도하에 유동층 조건하에서 작동되고/거나 기계적으로 교반되는 반응기를 사용하여 기체 상에서 수행하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
