Claims (17)

  1. (1)무기산화물 및 크롬으로 구성된 입상 크롬-함유촉매 및 (2)티타늄 알콕사이드를 적합한 액체내에서 마그네슘 디할라이드와 반응시켜 용액을 얻고, 상기 용액을 히드로카르빌 알루미늄 할라이드와 접촉시켜 침전물을 생성시키고, 상기 침전물을 티타늄 테트라 클로라이드와, 및 그 다음 히드로카르빌 알루미늄 화합물과 접촉시킴으로써 제조되는 입상 티타늄-함유 촉매로 구성된, 올레핀의 중합에 적합한 촉매 혼합물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 티타늄 알콕사이드가 1-10개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 알킬기를 갖는 티타늄 테트라알콕사이드이고, 상기 마그네슘 디할라이드가 마그네슘 디클로라이드이고, 상기 히드로카르빌 알루미늄 할라이드가, R이 1-8개 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기이고, X는 클로라이드이며, m은 1-3범위내 수인 일반식 RmAlX3-m의 화합물이며, 상기 히드로카르빌 알루미늄 화합물이 알킬기가 1-4개 탄소원자를 함유하는 트리알킬알루미늄 화합물인 촉매 화합물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 티타늄 촉매 대 크롬 촉매의 중량비가 약99:1-약1:99범위내인 촉매 혼합물.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 티타늄 알콕사이드가 티타늄 테트라에톡사이드이고, 마그네슘 디할라이드가 마그네슘 디클로라이드이고, 히드로카르빌 알루미늄 할라이드가 에틸알루미늄세서퀴클로라이드이며 히드로카르빌 알루미늄 화합물이 트리에틸 알루미늄인 촉매 화합물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 침전물이 탄화수소로 세척되고, 그 다음 결과형성된 고체의 탄화수소 슬러리가 트리에틸알루미늄과 접촉되는 촉매 혼합물.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 티타늄 촉매가 올레핀 초기 중합체를 함유하는 촉매.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 올레핀 초기중합체가 티타늄-함유 촉매 상에 부착된 후 고체가 티타늄 테트라클로라이드와 접촉되는 촉매 혼합물.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 크롬-함유 촉매가 약0.1-약10중량%크롬을 함유하는 촉매 혼합물.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 티타늄-함유 촉매 대 크롬 함유 촉매의 중량비가 약80:20-약20:80범위내인 촉매 혼합물.
  10. 입자 형태 중합 조건하에 크롬-함유 촉매가 티타뉴-함유촉매보다 코모노머를 혼합시키는데 있어서, 보다 효과적이고 티타늄-함유 촉매보다 더 높은 분자량 중합체를 생성시키는, (1)입상 크롬 암촉매 (2)입상티타늄-함유 촉매로 구성된 촉매 혼합물이 존재하 상기 중합 고건하에 액체 희석제내에서 3-18개 탄소원자를 함유하는 알파-올레핀이 적어도 하나의 코모노머와 에틸렌을 접촉시키는 것으로 구성된, 에틸렌 공중합체의 제조방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 몰비로 나타낸 주 올레핀이 에틸렌인 방법.
  12. 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 상기 코모노머가 1-헥센인 방법.
  13. 제10항 내지 제12항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합이, 분지화가 결과 형성되는 공중합체의 분자량 분포의 고분자 부분에 집중하는 조건하에 수행되는 방법.
  14. 제10항 내지 제13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 중합조건이 수소의 존재를 포함하는 방법.
  15. 제10항 내지 제14항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합이 트리에틸알루미늄으로 구성된 소량이지만 효과적인 양의 조촉매의 존재하에 수행되는 방법.
  16. 제10항 내지 제15항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 크롬 촉매 및 상기 티타늄 촉매가 중합존에 독립적으로 공급되고 크롬촉매 대 티타늄 촉매의 비가 생성된 공중합체의 멜트인덱스, 밀도, 및/또는 분자량 분포를 조절하기 위해 사용되는 방법.
  17. 제10항 내지 제16항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 따른 촉매 혼합물이 사용되는 방법.
