제1도는 본 발명에 사용하기 적합한 유동상 중합 반응기를 도시한다.

Claims (12)

  1. 원소 주기율표의 Ⅳ,Ⅴ또는 Ⅳ족에 속하는 적어도 하나의 전이금속 화합물을 포함하는 고체 촉매 및 주기율표의 Ⅱ또는 Ⅲ족에 속하는 금속의 적어도 하나의 유기 금속 화합물을 포함하는 조촉매로 구성된 지글러-나타형(Ziegler-Natta type)의 촉매계와, 중합화될 α-올레핀을 함유하는 기체 반응 혼합물을 접촉시킴으로써 기체상 중합화 반응기내에서 수행되며, α-올레핀이 일정한 속도로 중합 반응기에 공급됨을 특징으로하는 2 내지 12개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 α-올레핀의 연속적 중합 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, α-올레핀의 공급속도가 유량 조정계에 의해 일정하게 유지됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기체 반응 혼합물의 총 압력이 소정의 최대 압력을 넘지 않음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서,기체 반응 혼합물의 총압력이 소정의 최소 압력 이상으로 유지됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 사슬 제한제를 중합 반응기에 넣어 α-올레핀의 분압에 대한 사슬 제한제의 분압의 비를 일정하게 유지시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 공단량체를 중합 반응기에 넣어 기체 반응 혼합물에서 α-올레핀의 분압에 대한 공단량체의 분압의 비를 일정하게 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 촉매를 일정한 속도로 연속적으로 또는 간헐적으로 중합 반응기에 넣음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 촉매내의 전이금속의 양에 대한, 촉매와 따로 들어간 조촉매내의 금속의 양의 몰비를 중합 반응기내에서 일정하게 유지시킬 수 있는 비로, 촉매와는 따로 일정량의 조촉매를 중합 반응기에 넣음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 촉매가 마그네슘, 할로겐, 티타늄 및/또는 바나듐 및/또는 지르코늄을 기초로하는 지글러-나타형 촉매임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 촉매를 예비중합체의 형태로 중합 반응기에 넣음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 0.5내지 5MPa의 압력 및 0내지 120℃사이의 온도에서 유동상 반응기내에서 중합이 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 공정 제어 컴퓨터에 의해 공정조건을 소정 수치로 일정하게 유지시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
