Abstract

메틸렌 또는 알파 올레핀의 대기하, (a) 산화수가 3 내지 5인 바나듐 화합물 및 (b) 일반식 RnAlXm(여기서 R은 C1-C20알킬 라디칼, X는 할로겐, m+n=3, n은 0 내지 2의정수)를 갖는 것들에서 선택되는 화합물의 기본적인 탄화수소 용액에 의한 침전에 의해 수득되는 바나듐 함유 촉매의 존재하에서 액체 단량체의 현탁액 내의 C3-C10알파-올레핀과 에틸렌을 중합하는 방법.

Claims (11)

  1. 바나듐을 함유하는 촉매와 기본적으로 알루미늄 유기화합물로 구성된 보조 촉매의 존재하에서, 임의적으로는 할로겐화 촉진제의 존재하에서, 액체 단량체의 현탁액에서 수행되는, C3-C10알파-올레핀,바람직하게는 프로필렌 및 가능하게는 비공액 디엔과 에틸렌의 중합 방법으로서, 반응 환경에 불용성인 상기 바나듐 함유 촉매가 에틸렌 도는 알파 올레핀의 대기하에서, a) 산화수가 3 내지 5인 비나듐 화합물; 및 b) 일반식 (Ⅰ)RnAlXm(여기서 R은 C1-C20알킬 라디칼이고, X 는 할로겐이고, m+n=3이며, n은 0 내지 2의 정수이다)를 갖는 것들에서 선택된 화합물의 기본적이 탄화수소 용액의 혼합에 의해 수득되는 침전물임을 특징으로 하는 중합방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 바나듐 화합물과 알루미늄 화합물 간의 혼합이 에틸렌 대기하에서 이루어짐을 특징으로하는 중합방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 바나듐 화합물이 바나딜 트리할라이드, 알콕시할라이드, 알콕시드, 아세틸아세토네이트; 바나듐 테트라할라이드, 알콕시할라이드, 아세틸아세토네이트; 바나듐 할라이드와 루이스 염기 간의 복합물에서 선택되어짐을 특징으로 하는 중합방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 바나듐 화합물이 바나듐(Ⅲ) 아세틸아세토네이트임을 특징으로 하는 중합방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 바나듐 화합물이 기본적인 탄화수소 용액 또는 현탁액에 존재함을 특징으로 하는 중합방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 알루미늄 화합물이 알킬 염화알루미늄에서 선택되어짐을 특징으로 하는 중합방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 식(Ⅰ)을 가지는 알루미늄 화합물과 바나듐 화합물 간의 몰비가 1 내지 20, 바람직하게는 3 내지 5임을 특징으로 하는 중합방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, (a) 및 (b) 의 상호작용으로 형성된 침전물에서 초기중합체와 바나듐 간의 중량비가 2 내지 150임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 침전물에서 초기중합체와 바나듐 간의 중량비가 6 내지 35, 바람직하게는 8 내지 15임을 특징으로 하는 중합 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌 분압과 수소 분압 간의 비가 4초과이고, 총압이 5 내지 100바이며 수소 존재하에서, 10 분 내지 6시간의 접촉시간과 -5℃ 내지 65℃의 온도에서 중합체가 기본적으로 불용성인 반응 매질 내에서 중합을 수행함을 특징으로 하는 중합방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 에틸렌 분압과 수소 분압 간의 비가 20초과이고, 총압이 8 내지 30 바이며 수소 존재하에서 15분 내지 1시간의 접촉 시간과 25℃ 내지 50℃의 온도에서, 현탁액을 사용하고, 반응 매질이 임의적으로 포화 탄화수소로 희석된 단량체의 하나로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 중합방법.
