Claims (10)
- 염화 마그네슘의 구형 지지체상에서의 바나듐의 환원반응에 의하여 액체 탄화수소내에 침전된 바나듐 화합물을 기재로 하는 지글러-낫타형(Ziegler-Netta type)의 촉매를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, a)유기금속 화합물 중에서 선택된 바나듐-환원제를 b)하나 이상의 할로겐 및 하나의 알콕시기를 포함하는 액체 탄화수소에 가용성인 바나듐 화합물, 및 c) (i) Mg-C결합을 포함하는 특정 생성물이 실질적으로 없는 2염화 마그네슘 80 내지 99.5몰%, 및 (ii) 불안정한 수소가 없는 하나 이상의 유기전자 공여 화합물 D 0.5 내지 20몰%를 포함하는 고체 지지체를 액체 탄화수소내에서 접촉시켜 침전을 수행하며, 여기에서 상기 고체 생성물이 입자의 수평균 직경 Dn에 대한 질량 평균 직경 Dm의 비가 2미만이 되는 좁은 입자크기 분포 및 Dm이 10내지 100미크론인 구형 입자로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지지체가 유기 전자 공여 화합물 D 5 내지 20몰% 및 2염화 마그네슘 80 내지 95몰%를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기 전자 공여 화합물 D가 에테르류, 티오에테르류, 술폰류, 술폭사이드류, 포스핀류, 아민류 및 아미드류 중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 바나듐 화합물이 하나 이상의 할로겐 X 및 알콕시기 OR 올 X/OR의 몰비가 0.05 내지 20으로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 바나듐 화합물이 하기한 두가지 일반식중의 하나에 상응함을 특징으로 하는 방법.V(OR)4-mXm또는 VO(OR)3-nXn상기식에서, R은 탄소수 1 내지 12의 알킬라디칼을 나타내고, X는 할로겐 원자를 나타내고, m은 0.2 내지 3.8의 정수 또는 분수이며 n은 0.14 내지 2.85의 정수 또는 분수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 바나듐-환원제가 유기알루미늄, 유기마그네슘 및 유기아연 화합물중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지지체의 2염화 마그네슘 1몰당 환원제 0.05 내지 1.5몰을 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지지체의 2염화 마그네슘 1몰당 바나듐 화합물 0.05 내지 2몰을 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 0℃ 내지 120℃에서 0.5 내지 15시간동안 접촉을 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 프로필렌, 에틸렌 및/또는 1-부텐, 및 임의로는 비공액 디엔의 탄성 공중합체의 가스상 제조를 위한, 제1항에 따라 제조된 촉매의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
