Claims (11)

  1. 세라믹체를 노안에 배치시켜 실질적으로 굽는 공정을 완결시키는 첫번째 열처리 단계와, 열처리의 첫번째 단계에서 획득된 실질적인 최종온도를 갖는 세라믹체상에 유연한 무수유약을 분배시키고 이때 세라믹체의 초기의 온도가 유약의 최소한 하나의 성분이 용융되어 유리화되기에 충분할 정도의 온도가 되도록 열처리 하는 두번째 열처리 단계로 구성된 가공되지 않은 타일로부터 유약이 칠해진 세라믹 타일을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 첫번째 열처리단계의 종반부에서 백열, 열가소성 상태의 세라믹체가 그 위에 유약이 분배되는 단계로 유입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 타일의 제조방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 유약의 유리화 온도보다 낮은 온도의 대기하에서 유약의 분배가 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 타일의 제조방법.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 유약 분배장치 아래의 수평 궤도에 의해 운반되는 세라믹체 상에 자유낙하식으로 유약을 분배하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 타일의 제조방법.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 세라믹체가 유약의 유리화 온도보다 높은 온도로 유약 분배 단계에 보내지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 타일의 제조방법.
  6. 세라믹체가 실질적으로 완전히 구워질때까지 가열하는 노의 특징을 갖는 장치의 첫번째 구역과 상기체의 점차적인 냉각을 위해 조절되고 감소되는 온도로 세라믹체를 유지하기 위한 온도조절 장치가 설치된 상기노의 두번째 구역과 노의 첫번째 구역에서 두번째 구역으로 체를 이동시키는 장치로 구성되어 있으며 내부에 세라믹체가 배치되어 질 수 있는 노, 오븐 또는 화실 형태의 세라믹체를 굽고 유약을 칠할수 있는 장치에 있어서, 상기 노의 첫번째와 두번째 구역 사이에 노의 첫번째 구역의 배출구로부터 두번째 구역의 유입구까지 타일을 운반 시킬 수 있는 장치와 이러한 이동장치에 의해 운반되는 세라믹체상에 유연한 무수유약을 분산시키는 장치가 설치되 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹타일을 제조하는 장치.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 유약이 유리화되고 물리적 및 화학적 변화가 발생하는 것보다 낮은 온도로 대기의 온도를 유지하는 온도조절장치가 설치되어진 곳에 유약 분배장치가 설치되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 타일을 제조하는 장치.
  8. 제 6 항에 있어서, 세라믹체상에 유약을 분산시키는 장치가 타일 이동장치의 총넓이상에 적용되는 유약 분배장치로 구성된 장치인것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹타일을 제조하는 장치.
  9. 제 6 항에 있어서, 단일층의 롤러형의 노인것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹타일을 제조하는 장치.
  10. 제 6 항에 있어서, 하나의 타일과 바로 다음 타일 사이의 공간으로 인하여 불연속적인 지지면을 형성하고 다수의 포인트에 의해 지지되는 상기 이동장치. 이동장치의 전체 넓이에 해당하도록 유약을 분산시키는 분배장치, 공간적으로 분리된 타일사이로 떨어지는 유약을 채집하는 채집기인것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 타일을 제조하는 장치.
  11. 상기항 중 하나 또는 그 이상에 의해 제조되는 유약이 칠해진 세라믹타일.
