Claims (5)

  1. 추출물 및 전분 가수분해물(들)을 함유하는 수용액을 20~55중량%의 고체함유량으로 조절하고, 상기 수용액에 함유된 수분을 기준으로 0.2~2.4중량%의 이산화탄소 기체를 용해시키며, 수득된 용액을 압력노즐이 설치된 분무기를 사용하여 분무건조시켜 우수한 풍미, 용해도, 분산성 및 점결억제성을 갖는 건조제품을 수득하는 것을 특징으로 하는 추출물의 건조과립화 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 추출물을 함유한 상기 수용액이 차잎, 볶은콩, 볶은곡류, 과일, 야채 또는 벌꿀 쥬스의 추출물 수용액인 방법.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 전분 가수분해물(들)이 평균 중합도 4~20인 아이클릭 덱스트린 또는 평균 중합도4~20인 아시클릭 덱스트린 및 시클릭 덱스트린인 방법.
  4. 제1,2또는 3항에 있어서 추출물 및 전분 가수분해물(들)의 상기 수용액이 전체 고체 함유량을 기준으로 20~70중량%의 전분 가수분해물(들)을 함유하는 방법.
  5. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 수용액이 밀랍전분을 가수분해시킴으로서 제조된 20~60의 평균중합도를 갖는 전분 가수분해물(들)을 전체 고체함유량을 기준으로 10~50중량%의 양으로 함유하는 방법.
