Claims (22)

  1. 폴리(카보닐알킬렌옥시)사슬 (알킬렌 그룹은 8개까지의 탄소원자를 함유함)을 가지는 아민 또는 이것의 산과의 염을 포함하는 분산제를 함유하는, 유기 액체내 있는 자기물징에 미세입자로된 분산액.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 자기물질은 전이 금속 및 금속입자의 자기 산화물로부터 선택되는 분산액.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 자기산화물질은 감마-Fe2O3, Fe3O4,코발트처리된 철 산화물, CrO2및 아철산 염으로부터 선택되는 분산액.
  4. 제1항에서 3항중 어느한 항에 있어서, 유기 액체는 자기 기록용 매체상의 자기입자를 위한 결합제로서 사용되는 필름형성용 수지를 위한 용매인 분산액.
  5. 제1항에서 4항중 어느한 항에 있어서, 유기액체는 케톤, 에스테르, 에테르 및 아미드와 그 혼합물 또는 탄화수소 및 염소화된 탄화수소와의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 분산액.
  6. 제1항에서 5항중 어느한 항에 있어서 아민은 다음 일반식을 갖는 분산액.

    식중, X는 폴리(카보닐알킬렌옥시) 사슬;
    Y는 가교기;
    Z는 아미노 그룹을 함유하는 유기기;
  7. 제1항에서 6항중 어느한 항에 있어서, 폴리(카보닐알킬 렌옥시) 사슬내의 알킬렌 그룹은 3-6개 탄소원자를 함유하는 분산액.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 알킬렌 그룹은 펜타메틸렌 그룹인 분산액.
  9. 제1항에서 3항중 어느한 항에 있어서, 폴리(카보닐알킬렌옥시) 사슬은 3-80카보닐알킬렌옥시 단위를 함유하는 분산액.
  10. 제1항에 9항중 어느한 항에 있어서, 가교기 Y는 CO-O-(에스테르), -CO-NR(아미드) 및 -CO-O-+NT3(염) (R은 H 또는 C1-20알킬이고, T는 H 또는 유기기)로부터 선택되는 분산액.
  11. 제6항에서 10항중 어느한 항에 있어서, 아미노 그룹을 함유하는 유기기는 다음 일반식인 분산액.
    식중, A는 C1-4알킬렌;
    B는 H 또는 임의로 치환된 C1-4알킬;
    D는 임의로 치환된 C1-20알킬.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, B 및/또는 D는 메틸, 에틸, 라우릴, 옥타데실, 아미노에틸, 아미노에틸아미노에틸, 하이드록시에틸, 하이드록시에틸아미노에틸, 아미노에폭시에틸 및 폴리(C2-4-알킬렌이민)으로부터 선택된 분산액.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, B 및/또는 D는 600,000까지의 분자량을 가지는 폴리에틸렌이민인 분산액.
  14. 제1항에서 13항중 어느한항에 있어서, 분산액의 총중량에 기준하여 30중량※-90중량※의 자기물질 및 자기물질의 중량에 기준하여 0.25중량%-10중량%의 분산제를 함유하는 분산액.
  15. 제1항에서 14항중 어느한 항에 있어서, 분산액의 총중량에 기준하여 20중량%까지의 필름 형성용수지를 함유하는 분산액.
  16. 제1항에서 15항중 어느한 항에 있어서, 자기물질, 분산제 및 유기액체의 혼합물을 분쇄시켜 입자의응집을 막고 자기물질 입자의 길이를 그의 최 장축에 따라 5미크론을 넘지않도록 하는 것으로 구성된 분산액 제조방법.
  17. 자기물질의 미세입자가 분산된 필름 형성용 수지의 표면층을 가지는 기질 및 제1항에서 15항중 어느 한항에서 정의된 분산제를 함유하는 자기 기록용 매체.
  18. 제1항에 있어서, 아미드 또는 염 가교기에 의해 부착된 폴리(카보닐일킬렌옥시)사슬을 가지는 폴리(에틸렌 이민)을 포함하며, 알킬렌 옥시 그룹은 3-6개 탄소원자를 함유하고 폴리(카보닐알킬렌옥시)사슬은 3-80카보닐알킬렌옥시 그룹을 함유하는, 분산액에 사용하기 적당한 분산제.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 폴리(에틸렌이민)을 25℃ - 250℃의 온도에서 3-80개 카보닐 C3-6-알킬렌옥시 그룹을 함유하는 폴리(카보닐-C3-6-알킬렌옥시)카복실 산과 반응시키는 것으로 구성된 분산제 제조방법.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 폴리(카보닐-C3-6-알킬렌옥시)카복실산은 100℃-250℃의 온도에서 에스테르화 촉매의 존재하에 하이드록시알칸카복실산 또는 그 혼합물을 알칸 카복실산으로 중합시켜 원래의 자리에서 제조되는 방법.
  21. 제1항에 있어서, 아미드 또는 염 가교기에 의해 부착된 폴리(카보닐알킬렌옥시) 사슬을 가지는 아민의 산염을 포함하며, 알킬렌옥시 그룹은 3-6개 탄소원자를 함유하며 폴리(카보닐알킬렌옥시)사슬은 3-80개 카보닐알킬렌옥시 그룹을 함유하는, 분산액에 사용하기 적당한 분산제.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 아민을 산, 산성염 또는 4원화제(quaternising agent)와 25℃-250℃의 온도에서 반응시키는 것으로 구성된 분산제 제조방법.
