Claims (21)
- 염색시킬 두발을 5,6-디히드록시-인들로부터 멜라민 생성을 촉진시키는 금속 용액과 접촉시키는 제1공정, 이 공정의 전 또는 후에 두발을 5,6-디히드록시-인들 용액과 접촉시키는 제2공정, 이 제1 및 제2공정 사이에 두발을 헹구는 제3공정, 소정의 진한 색상이 얻어질 때까지 제2공정에서 사용된 용액과의 접촉을 유지하는 제4공정, 두발을 헹구거나 샴푸우 처리하는 제5공정, 이어서 소정의 색조가 얻어질 때까지 두발을 최대 15분동안 과산화수소 용액과 접촉시키는 공정 및 다시 두발을 헹구는 공정의 결합으로 구성된 것이 특징인 두발 염색법.
- 염색시킬 두발을 구리 이가 이온(Cu++)이 함유된 알칼리용액과 접촉시키는 제1공정, 이 공정의 전 또는 후에 두발을 5,6-디히드록시-인들 용액과 접촉시키는 제2공정, 이 제1 및 제2공정 사이에 두발을 헹구는 제3공정, 소정의 진한 색상이 얻어질 때까지 제2공정에서 사용된 용액과의 접촉을 유지한는 제4공정 및 두발을 헹구거나 샴퓨우 처리하는 제5공정의 결합으로 구성된 것이 특징인 두발 염색법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속이 철, 코발트, 망간, 구리, 은, 티탄, 지르콘, 탄탈, 크롬, 니켈, 팔라듐, 백금, 금, 수은, 카드뮴, 아연, 주석, 안티몬, 납 및 비스트무드 중의 최소한 하나인 것이 특징, 두발 염색법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속 용액의 pH가 8이상인 것이 특징인 두발 염색법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 5,6-디히드록시-인돌 함유 용액의 pH가 8이상인 것이 특징인 두발 염색법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 금속 함유 용액의 pH가 8이상이고, 5,6-디히드록시-인돌 함유 용액의 pH가 8이상인 것이 두발 염색법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 금속 함유 용액의 pH가 8이상이고, 5,6-디히드록시-인돌 함유 용액의 pH가 8이상인 것이 두발 염색법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 소정의 색상이 얻어질 때까지 두발을 과산화수소 용액과 더 접촉시키는 것이 특징인 두발 염색법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 구리 이가 이온을 함유하는 용액의 pH가 9이상인 것이 특징인 두발 염색법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 과산화수소 용액의 pH가 8이상인 것이 특징인 두발 염색법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 5,6-디히드록시-인돌 함유용액의 pH가 이상인 것이 특징인 두발 염색법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 5,6-디히드록시-인돌 함유 용액과 구리 이가 이온 함유 용액 및 증후제, 계면활성제,정전기 방지제 및 향료중의 최소한 하나가 함유된 용액중 최소한 하나의 용액이 더 추가 구성되는 것이 특징인 두발 염색법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 5,6-디히드록시-인돌 함유 용액과 구리 이가 이온 함유 용액 및 증후제, 계면활성제, 정전기 방지제 및 향료 중의 최소한 하나가 함유된 용액중 최소한 하나의 용액이 더 추가 구성되는 것이 특징인 두발 염색법.
- 5,6-디히드록시-인돌로부터 멜라닌 생성을 촉진시키는 유효량의 금속을 함유하는 알칼리성 pH수용액이 들어 있는 제1용기, 산성 pH의 5,6-디히드록시-인돌 용액이 들어 있으며, 그 용액 상부에 유지되어 있고 다음의 제3용기 또는 이 제3용기의 내용물을 수용하기에 충분한 용적의 증기 공간에 비산화성 기체가 들어있는 제2용기, 알칼리화제가 들어 있는 제3용기 및 과산화수소 용액이 들어 있는 제4용기로 구성된 것이 특징인 단일 포장구 내에 복수개의 용기를 포함하는 두발 염색용구.
- 5,6-디히드록시-인돌로부터 멜라닌 생성을 촉진하는 유효량의 금속을 함유하는 알칼리성 pH수용액이 들어 있는 제1용기, 알칼리성 용액이 들어 있으며 그 용액의 상부에 유지되어 있고 다음의 제3용기 또는 이 제3용기의 내용물을 수용하기에 충분한 용적의 증기 공간이 마련된 제2용기, 유효량의 5,6-디히드록시-인돌을 함유하는 산성 pH용액이 들어 있는 제3용기 및 과산화수소 용액이 들어 있는 제4용기로 구성된 것이 특징인 단일 포장구 내에 복수개의 용기를 포함하는 두발 염색용구.

- 제16항에 있어서, 과산화수소 용액이 들어 있는 제4용기를 포함하는 것이 특징인 두발 염색용구.
- 유효량의 구리를 함유하는 알칼리성 pH수용액이 들어 있는 제1용기, 알칼리성 용액이 들어 있으며 그 용액 상부에 유지되어 있고 다음의 제3용기 또는 이 제3용기의 내용물을 수용하기에 충분한 용적의 증기 공간이 마련된 제2용기 및 유효량의 5,6-디히드록시-인돌이 함유된 산성 pH용액이 들어 있는 제3용기로 구성된 것이 특징인 단일 포장구 내에 복수개의 용기를 포함하는 두발 염색용구.
- 제18항에 있어서, 과산화수소 용액이 들어 있는 제4용기를 더 포함하는 것이 특징인 두발 염색용구.
- 두발을 5,6-디히드록시-인돌과 접촉시키고, 그 접촉의 전 또는 후에 두발을 이가 구리염의 용액과 접촉시켜 제조하는 것이 특징인 멜라민 두발 염색 조성물.
