Claims (13)
- 다음 구조식의 화합물을 제조하는 방법:

- 각 R는 수소, C1_6저급알킬, 벤질, 알릴, 펜에틸 또는 4―하이드록시펜에틸이고, R1'R2와 R3는 각각, 수소 또는 C1_4저급알킬이거나 그것의 산부가염이고, 이 방법은 다음의 (1) 또는 (2)의 단계를 포함한다.
- (1) 다음 구조식의 화합물을 환원 조건하에서 고리화한다:

- 이 구조 식에서 n와 R은 위에서 정의된 바와 같고, 임의로 고리화 반응을 한 생성물을 알킬화하고, 임의로 사계에 알려진 방법으로 어떤 보호그룹을 제거하고, 임의로 생성물로부터 산부가염을 형성하며, 또는 (2) 다음 구조식의 화합물을 반응시킨다:
