Claims (7)
- 수소를 미세하게 분쇄된 형태로서, 모든 경우에 탄화수소 혼합물이 수소화반응대에 도입되기전 균질액상이 얻어질 수 있도록 정량적 비율로, 수소화될 탄화수소 혼합물에 가하고(여기서 정량적 비율은 폴리불포화화합물 및 아세틸렌성 화합물이 상응하는 모노엔으로 수소화되기에 적어도 화학양론적으로 충분한 것이다), 일산화탄소를 미세하게 분쇄된 형태로서 수소화될 탄화수소 혼합물에 가한후(여기서 모든 경우 탄화수소혼합물을 수소화반응대에 도입시키기전 균질액상으로 만들며, 일산화탄소의 양은 탄화수소혼합물 질량을 기준하여 적어도 0.05질량 ppm으로 사용한다), 생성된 액상의 반응혼합물을 팔라듐 0.01 내지 3질량%(지지체 질량기준)가 함유된 고정배열 촉매에 통과시킴을 특징으로 하여 탄소수 3 이상의 모노엔-함유 탄화수소 혼합물중에서 공액 및/또는 반복적 이중결합 및/또는 아세틸렌성 삼중결합을 가진 탄화수소를 불활성 지지체에 고정배열된 촉매상에서 액상으로서 선택적 수소화시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수소를 화학양론적 양의 1배 내지 2배로 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 일산화탄소를 0.05 내지 20질량 ppm으로 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 반응혼합물을 불활성 산화알루미늄에 지지된 0.1 내지 2%의 팔라듐을 함유한 촉매에서 통과시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 수소화반응 온도가 0 내지 75℃임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 모노엔-함유 탄화수소 혼합물이 3,4 또는 5개의 탄소원자 또는 3 내지 5개의 탄소원자를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 탄화수소 혼합물중 부텐-1이 함유됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
